Wasn't sure to start with but I needn't have worried. So easy to book my watch in with them & pay on receipt of their email. Watch returned in good condition, packaged well & working (at last). Only one week away.
Thoroughly recommend this company. Give them a try.

No complaints whatsoever about the handling and repair of the watch - however I purchased a timed pick up (and I thought delivery) and, apart from Royal Mail providing the box to send it in when they picked it up, I did did not receive notification of the promised two hour slot so still ended up waiting all day until they turned up

This is an amazing service. It is quick, easy to use, totally transparent and the team communicate clearly and frequently. My Raymond Weil has never kept exact time since I owned it (15 years), and despite being serviced by their team 3-4 times, it has never kept time perfectly. The team at Fixmywatch took a little extra time to service and mend my watch, and since I received it back, it has kept perfect time. It is also worth noting that the cost was 40% lower than that provided by Raymond Weil. Couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Contacted FixMyWatch several times before I decided to use this company. Always a prompt reply with the answer to my questions. Obviously sceptical about sending my very sentimental watch to someone on the web. They kept me informed all along the journey of my repair and service, fantastic. The only gripe I have is I couldn’t take my watch to a drop off point, I had to wait in for collection but other than that great service, thank you.

I had my watch battery replaced in May 24 and was issued a certificate to say the next service was May 26. It did say the battery is guaranteed for 3 months and that the best Swiss batteries are used. I wore the watch once in August and now in April have gone to put it on and the battery has died. Not only that but they screwed up on the watch collection which took two goes. Yes, they refunded the postage in the first instance and have said to send the watch back to be checked because of the battery, but that isn’t the point. I will not be giving them the opportunity to screw up a second time and will be taking my custom elsewhere.
Very disappointing.

Useless. Absolutely useless. Sent a £5K Longines to them with the express instructions NOT to use DHL as so unreliable, and to use Parcel Force. They sent it back via DHL, to the wrong address! - even though it was to be signed for. We challenged they said we never return by Parcel Force. Can't express how annoyed I am. They even wanted to charge me £35 to send it on to Longines. I now discover I can send direct to Longines myself - for free.

Totally trust worthy , super job on my vintage MuDu , service excellent and i dealt with Jodie, great communication with her, even rang me to see if my watch was ok, i sent her a estimate to repair my vintage Rolex and they advised me it needs to go to Rolex specialist , how honest as well. Cant recommend enough . Brian.

Clear instructions on steps to follow in submitting my watch for repair. Great communication of the stages reached in the repair process. Timely completion of the process all at a good price. Just waiting now to receive my watch back from the company.
