I was about to give up on my project of attempting to create a website when I found Fixrunner who have helped beyond my wildest dreams and set me on a new course with ease and extreme efficiency and professionalism.

I'm a new blogger and my blog was so slow. I contacted several wordpress services. 1 got back to me 3 days after they "analyzed" my site. The other one didn't even check my site because they put my site through their "analysis" which said my webiste was bullet fast, but if they took the time to actually care and double check ... they would have found out it took about 15 seconds between click. Sam actually called me right away, diagnosed the problem accurately, set up a test run with another hosting service, and then put me on the right monthly plan and over delivered with improving my site speed dramatically. A cyber company and treated me like a human being. FixRunner is the real deal holyfield.

We had a critical issue with the mobile portion of our website and our website designer was not available to make a fix. Searched the web for help and found FixRunner. I can attest that they are every bit as good as their many 5 star reviews say they are. Within a few hours of contacting Fixrunner they had the problem fixed and this even involved going back and forth a couple of times to get it just right. Sam and the technical team did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend to anybody needing help with their WordPress site.

I was at the end of my patience, trying to set-up my site, listening to professional, paid people tell me how but never getting anything done.
