My daughter loved her dress. It fit her perfectly. The process of ordering can be a bit challenging at times but the results are worth it. Beautiful beaded work. We are already discussing our next order.

Fjolla Nila not only has the most gorgeous dresses but the most incredible customer service. Ordering my custom dress was so seamless. They asked for my exact measurements and also gave constant updates on its progress and shipping info. When the dress arrived I was in shock at how beautiful the dress was in person. I am already ordering my second gown from them. 12/10!!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Die Qualität des Kleides entspricht leider nicht meinen Erwartungen. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich bessere Verarbeitung und einen schöneren Schnitt erwartet. Sowohl die Nähte als auch der gesamte Look wirken nicht hochwertig.
Wenn es möglich wäre, das Kleid zurückzugeben, würde ich es definitiv tun.

The dress came out perfect!! Measured exactly to me! Obsessed with the quality! It did come a little later than anticipated but they communicated whenever I messaged and it was worth the wait as it's customized to my body! This will actually be my wedding day dress!🥰

Meine Erfahrung war leider sehr schlecht.
Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt und die Länge war sehr lang, das allein war nicht mein Hauptproblem.
Das eigentliche Problem war, dass ich bestimmte Details und Wünsche klar vereinbart habe, die nicht eingehalten wurden.

Mir wurde ein bestimmter Farbton per Foto gezeigt, aber ich habe am Ende eine andere Farbe erhalten.
Zusätzlich habe ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten, ein Futter unter das Kleid einzunähen, da es transparent ist, dies wurde jedoch nicht gemacht.

Vor dem Versand wurde mir versprochen, ein Video des fertigen Kleides zu senden, damit ich es genehmigen kann.
Ohne mir jedoch ein Foto oder Video zu schicken, wurde das Kleid einfach versendet.
Als ich nachgefragt habe, wurde mir nur gesagt, dass es bereits verschickt wurde.

Insgesamt war die Kommunikation enttäuschend und meine Wünsche wurden nicht respektiert.
Ich bin mit dem Service nicht zufrieden und würde diese Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

I gave them my exact measurements but the dress came small and tight!
Fabrics are cheap and beads keep falling off! Finishing not clean! I ordered a dress for 1400 euros and it is not worth even 200 euros!

Terrible customer service. If you want to be scammed then spend money here. I not only did not receive the package on time, the customer service does not respond to emails. I also received a $1200 dress that is falling apart and they will issue me a refund for this damaged dress. Don't ever shop here unless you want to be scammed and receive the worse customer experience.
