I purchased two Air Misting Fans 24th…
I purchased two Air Misting Fans 24th July 2026, for £56.97 including delivery. The fans received are extremely poor quality and are not fit for purpose. I have emailed customer support asking to return these items, with no response. They took £19.53 from my bank 25th July and will not respond to my queries regarding this. Today they have taken another £8.99.
I've no idea why.
Since leaving this review I have had the additional charges credited and they supplied return address information for the fans. Three weeks later, I am still awaiting the credit for the fans which I was assured would come through in a matter of days.

I was asked to send my complaint by email to support which I did with the heading Trust pilot complaint and this would be dealt with by 24hr turn around and if I didn't receive anything look in spam or junk mail, this did not happen so I resent the email to date I still have not had anymore from this company.
I would be careful using this company as it seems if you are not satisfied with a product you are unable to send it back this leaves me no alternative but to go through my bank to recover my money as I have asked for the returns process several times but keep being ignored.

I would actually give them no stars but…
I would actually give them no stars but that didn't seem to be an option. Ordered 4 of the solar lanterns, not received them yet but judging by the one they sent me, which I didn't order yet they charged me for, they can keep the rest and refund me my £90 or so money. These lanterns are about the size of a coconut, with cheap opaque plastic, NOTHING like the product advertised. I suspect this is some kind of scam site, I'm furious with myself for falling for it and will certainly be taking this further.

I ordered 4 battery powered Wifi…
I ordered 4 battery powered Wifi cameras, but received 4 completely different cameras. Smaller, require plugged in to power. Quality is terrible. Can't even see the face of a person who stands like 5 feet away from it. Can't even share the link with another user.
In addition to this, was offered to pick a free SD card as gift as that was first order. Never received it.
Tried calling the phone number on their site, the voice mail always suggest you to contact via email.
Email them at support email few times now for the past weeks, but have not received a response.
Have raised a complain through Resolver, and will report to Trading Standard if this is not resolved.
