I formation about the product was very good and ordering was easy and aftershaves so far has been good only one day so awaiting on delivery of goods.

I have an order just waiting for delivery checked bank account this morning to find they have taken an extra £16.09 from my account wish I had looked on here first as this seems to be an ongoing problem I have emailed the company no reply as yet, I know I didn't sign up for anything else.

Item never delivered. Emails unanswered

I placed an order for some trainers on 8th April '26. Next day I received an email saying they're being repaired for shipping. Today is 16th April and I have not received the trainers. All of my emails remain unanswered. Avoid this company.

I have aleady emailed your support line using the email address you provided in your reply. Still no reply. You have ny details, you need to follow up and reply. My comments stand.

Ordering on the site was easy, I am still waiting for my order as it has only been a couple of days.
I have only given 3 stars as a subscription was set up in my name which i did not agree to and more money has been taken from my bank account which I did not authorise. I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me.

Scam stay away from them

Scam stay away from them,
keep taking money from my account, no response to my request to unsubscription I requested last October, then November and December
also this February
I got refunded last month but they taking money from account this month again.
I feed up with them, will call in bank to block their payments
