Flash Discount is a Scam try to avoid it
This is basically a scam so if you read this feedback stay well away from Flash Discount! I have ordered a fan more than 3 weeks ago, not received yet and doubt I will ever receive it so starting the process with my bank to try and recover the money. In addition to the money I paid for the fan, another £21+ was taken out of the same account unauthorised the following morning. Following a week of everday emails I got a reply saying that I have signed up to some subscriptions with them, obviously I have not, and that they will refund it. More than two weeks have now past, no more communication from them and obviously no refund. The phone number adversited has a recorded message saying they cannot take calls. I have to put this down to experience, online shopping has unfortunately a very dark side as well!

For the sake of being fair, here is my updated review: the fan finally arrived, it took over a month, never experienced a dellivery quite it! the fan itself is half decent, although I would say it is worth about £30 maximum, so don't fall for the discount scam. It is very very basic, has 3 power modes and if you put it on your bedside cabinet, directed to your pillow, it does blow some gentle cooler air towards you and it is quiet enough to fall asleep. I must add that it has not been tried on the peak of the heatwave as it took soooo long to arrive! If the company was not pure theft, it was quicker delivery and no more than £30 I would probably buy another one for the other bedside cabinet.
To date, they have not refunded me the £21.57 they took withouth my authorisation the following day after buying the fan and their customer services is beyond appalling so I would advise avoiding this company like the plague!

What a Pile of #@&+
Absolutely crap service.
They are not clear at point of ordering about estimated delivery time.
Their tracks is useless. Started off saying that it would be delivered 02-09 July. Then on 9th July became 09-13 July. Then on 13th July it just says will be delivered by post.
Tried emailing customer services - no reply.
Tried raising a support ticket - no reply.
Tried calling their number - doesn't work.
I would recommend to avoid this company like the plague.
Update 21/07/26:
I have now been informed that the parcel has been delivered to where I was staying on holiday and I have to arrange for it be delivered. (400mile round trip or postal costs)
I sent an email as suggested by the response and surprise surprise NO REPLY.
I think giving this company 1 star is too much.

A separate payment has been taken a day after the product payment and I have no idea why, I am awaiting a reply and immediate refund to my email enquiry and as they seem to respond to reviews but not emails this seemed the quickest way to get the issue sorted. Scam don't buy
I bought a smart watch & it keeps disconnecting, it counts steps when your sat in a chair and moving your arm, the watch is useless you can't use the display you got to look on the app. You have to take your mobile wherever you go to keep it connected which defeats the point, it took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it took 3 hrs to get it connected now I can't connect it. I emailed the company 2 days ago asking for a returns address and had no reply. I just want this watch returned and get a full refund. I warn anyone not to buy from this company , There a scam.

Bought an air conditioner portable unit. More like a table top fan not worth 46.00. Found the same one later on Amazon for 24.99. Rip off site. Customer services is ZERO no one returns your messsges either
