The package arrived and the gasket was bent and ripped from how it arrived between the header and pipe.

Super super super unprofessional quality. I had to cut the headers and tact weld them onto the car to even fit them. For what I paid, for how long I waited for shipping and for the headers to arrive i was expecting a smooth installation & and good quality I received the exact opposite. Quite ridiculous honestly.

After reaching out to customer service, I still have not recieved what I ordered.

Very pleased with the prices, and with the fast shipping. The actual order process is a little shaky but that is a computer issue. Problem was ordering multiple items, and the solution was to order each item separately, no big deal.

The package was not delivered, it seems it was lost. On October 8th it was supposed to have been delivered, but it wasn't, and to date FedEx has not given an answer as to where the package is.

Tailpipes did not work out very well. I think they sent the wrong pipes for driver side dual exhaust. Also no instructions which was not very helpful.

I received the product in a decent amount of time. I purchased header back for a 2002 Subaru WRX 2.0. Their description says for a 2.0 and and 2.5 liter motor. Well, the header is the design for a 2.5 liter with the STI oil pan. It was slammed against my oil pan and didn't fit properly. I've been going back and forth with them for a few weeks now with their extremely slow response times. We are at the point now where they are asking me for my vin # as if I don't know what car I own and what I was trying to order. On top of that, the turbo back part of the exhaust doesn't reach past the rear bumper so it puts massive amounts of heat and emissions all over the bumper. Spend more money and get a company that actually builds for your car. This was a waste of time and money, as i have not received any refund. Nor do I think I will. They are purposely pushing this past the alloted refund period. Garbage company.

I had several issues with these headers, but I think more importantly, it's the issues with the dishonesty the company chose to utilize that I have the biggest issue with... After my 1st attempt at sharing a review, the company chose to not post my original review and say these headers are not intended for my vehicle. When I showed them screen shots showing 3 different locations within the item description and verified fitment, they chose to edit/scrub their page removing my vehicle from the the compatibility list. Shame on you.
My issues with the headers:
1. Bung location- 1 of 4 bungs is positioned directly below the primary tube of the other header leaving only approx 1.5" of space between the bung and 2nd header. An o2 sensor body is 2.75" long. There is plenty of available room to reposition the bung location a few degrees towards the block to allow for proper clearance. I used a 90-degree adapter to work with the mistake made by the manufacturer.
2. Flange to exhaust angle- the angles were off enough, I had to utilize double gaskets to create a good seal.
3. Primary length and angle- one header primary was approx .25" shorter than necessary and angled in a way that would cause issues if trying to force it in to proper position. I had to cut a mid pipe and utilize a band clamp to allow for proper angle, length, and mating.
Over all, would not recommend.

Wonderful exhaust header!! Works well and sounds good I’d recommend this company if you don’t have too much money and you wanna make your car sound good!
