The only thing you will lose is your money. And then you will lose more money when you're sent more that you never ordered. A complete scam. Then you will be charged another $50. To restock a product you never ordered. Don't buy anything from them

We bought a Deep Tissue Massage Therapy Gun - Silver / UK × 1 on the 23/02/2021. Less than a year and it’s broken, stopped charging. I understand that this company is located in China. Because my order arrived from China to UK.

I bought a massage gun in april 2021. It doesn't work and paid £72.00. How do you get hold of this company? It seems they have disappeared and I am not a happy bunny. From the reviews I have read it seems they are scammers. No luck getting to their website either.

Appalling service. If I could rate them as a minus figure I would. Product was never delivered but they still kept the money. E-mails chasing them were unanswered and I had to get my bank to dispute the money. Do not use this company!

not happy with your service before sale and after sale i emailed the company before i bought the items because i had some questions but no one got back to me when i bought the items i had some questions about the the steel bars
but could not find your company any where online.

Ordered a cork covered yoga May it took 6 weeks to arrive then shortly after it arrived I left it in the car. Not a really hot day but warm and it warped and all the cork perks off. It's unusable. I sent photos and complained and 2 months later I haven't even had a reply! Let alone a refund

Terrible company. ordered resistance bands on 19th August, no goods, no email address that works, no phone number. Complete Scam. Am in correspondence with my credit card provider to claim refund of £27 so hoping they may be able to claim payment back.

Item never arrived, emails ignored. £60 gone.

I ordered a pair of bib cycling shorts and matching Jersey. I used the size guide, but when it arrived it was way to small. I've returned it immediately in May this year. To date I've had no refund, and when I email to complain I just receive an automated response saying they've received my enquiry. I would never use again.

Been emailing this company for 6 months to try and find out what’s happened to my order, not had one single email back and can not find a number to call them! Can Anyone help how I get my money back from a company I can not contact? Thank you
