Complete scam - do not order from them... products and website look good but then it all arrives individually from China! Cheap and nasty... all items sent back once received and tracked with signature but no refund issued... not sure what to do and how to get my money back!

Never buy anything from them
Paid for the helmet and 2 hours later sent 3 emails asking to cancel, no answer but 2 days later they are telling me that parcel is on the way.
All their positifs reviews are fake. Mediocre quality. Don't bother to get get your money back, you'll waste your time. Scam.

This company is a scam. I ordered what looked like was ankle weights for a price that corresponds to what is expected but received a couple of basic cheap straps without any weights in them. I returned them as per instructions on their website but have not heard back and have for weeks and weeks been chasing for an update on my refund without any response at all. Do not order anything from this company, they don't even have a telephone number on their website for contact. Clearly their goal is scam people.

Ordered a weights vest and discovered that weights for it would work it more expensive than buying one with weights already in situ so instigated a return. Return was made at my expense and they responded with asking to wait 14 days for refund. Contacted them after the 14 days and same stock response sent. I have contacted trading standards to make them aware of this fraudulent practice as I informed Flex that I would. I have little hope of recouping this expenditure however. Avoid these scammers.

Ordered a 30kg vest they sent me a 0.5kg vest don’t order from them there a rip off you can’t even contact there team or anything

I ordered two item which arrived after 6 weeks from China. Items not as advertised therefore I thought it is just fair I returned it and get a refund back. This was two months ago, no refund no answer. I sent at least 5 emails with a prove of the returned postage and nothing.

Really smooth transaction process, the website is easy to use. I'm looking forward to my next purchase!

The quality of products I have purchased from Flexactivefitness has been awesome. From running vests, to cycling equipment and more, it’s been a brilliant find and the service and easy to use website with the guys at Flex is second to none! I highly recommend to buy any of the products as for price point compared to the market is great! Keep it up the team at Flex!

I ordered two items at £60, each arrived individually and about one week from each other although their return policy is a strict 14 days. Had the second item been delivered later than one week, I would but have been able to return them both as it it would have been too late. The items came with price tags on them: $5-$10 in price, not the £20-£30 advertised on the website.
I sent them back as they weren’t what I wanted, and one month later they are no longer answering my emails regarding my refund. I sent proof of postage, the items in their original package and my return address and here I am with nothing.

What an amazing & vast collection to choose from! They have some very unique items I've never seen. Customer service is top notch !Every products are cheap on my budget,will recommended to everyone.
