Have used Flexihub for many years and it has served me very well. My initial reason for buy Flexihub was that I had lost my USB Dongle (for use with running Siemens Nx CAD software). It was very expensive to replace Dongle, but bought Flexihub so that this would not happen again. Have the Dongle plugged into a Mini PC in my home office and can use my CAD software from any location so long as I have an internet connection. Fantastic product and their customer support is excellent although rarely required

Great product, however, their subscription model is the downfall of the whole company. They used to offer PAYGO (1 year, 100 sessions) for $50, but they probably realized more people bought that than their $40 a month subscription. What did they do? They removed the PAYGO offering and forced people to sign up for their subscription. After complaining about the pricing through email, I was offered a $50 PAYGO, but under the terms that I would write a review here. There's no requirement that I must write a 5 star review, even though it seems like it's what's expected of me. Because I'm basically being forced to write a review to receive the PAYGO plan, I'm giving this an honest 3/5 stars. The product is great, there's nothing like it on the market really, but, having to write a review to receive a plan they used to offer is just bad business practice. Flexihub, if you are reading this, consider either permanently bringing back your PAYGO plans, or lower your subscription costs so it would be affordable, $40 a month does not make sense to pay when some customers only need a few connections per month.

Actually surprised that they were so responsive in my request and came back to me with solutions, very nice support!

5/5 for the service provided, it's pretty magic. The pricing model favours heavier users , but their business pay as you go plan for light users can be had still, just push customer services a little..

Flexi is the best remote software. As a remote technician, it makes my work very easy, and the connection between the remote and local laptops is user-friendly and very quick.
However, I would suggest that the price could be a little lower, or that a flexible subscription could be offered.

This software is truly efficient and powerful. It instantly connected and identified my devices without any need for manual configuration or copying IP addresses.

I spent over 8 hours testing other applications for a simple USB passthrough without success and am still waiting for their support to respond.

FlexiHub, on the other hand, has been clear, reliable, and easy to use from the start. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable solution.

Very bad experience. I paid a lot of money and tried everything to make it work... But it never did. And they refused to refund me anything.

I have to say that this software is just efficient and strong. It was able to connect My devices and identify them immediately--without My having to configure or copy IP addresses across devices.

I've spent over 8 hours with other applications, testing and trying to accomplish a simple USB passthrough and still have not been able to get them to work
and Am waiting to hear back from their staff via email soon.

So far I've found nothing as efficient or as clear to understand than Flexihub. I give it-- and you--My strongest recommendation for anyone in the market for this service or software.

Flexihub helped me connecting my usb dongle to my RDP server without any problems I tried other companies solutions and they got me a problem connecting to the RDP i had to reinstall my server OS so i can use my RDP again using other companies software made me lose the control of my server the other companies got me graphic issues and RDP connection issues
So to be honest they’re the best overall

I had a great experience using flexihub because it is very user friendly and it allow me to redirect all the types of USB devices over the internet and accessing remote USB devices over the internet and it is very convenient software service for an individual and more over for a team and it made my work more easier and it has a great security feature which keep all my data safe.

FlexiHub provided me with the easiest remote access service. It is an ideal software with a friendly interface, quick installation, and access to all devices connected to my home computer. I was able to expand my work environment using this software. All I had to do was install FlexiHub into the devices that I needed for my project and I had an excellent remote control of my home PC via my laptop.

I've been relying on FlexiHub for more than 4 years, and it has always working flawlessly. This software has become indispensable in my role in customer support, particularly for the thorough testing of USB devices. No fuss, no hassle, in switching from one of their products to another, crediting the amount I had remaining on one subscription to the new one. Usually something like this is a long, drawn-out affair, but not here.
