So upon further emails flexihub are now saying that i do not qualify for a refund even with thier lack of support after 3 - 4 days a reply at a time they claim thier service to be fast however across 2 different networks its super slow and does not live up to the expectations that they claim it to be fast access slower than dial up

now i see the reason this company needs to run under multiple names DONGLIFY FLEXIHUB USBGATE complete con DO NOT TRUST AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTACES EVEN THIER 7 DAY TRIAL RAN OUT BEFORE THE 7 DAYS

FlexiHub is the only way that I would be able to effectively navigate Navisworks using a 3D mouse peripheral. Great tool to have during this time of working remote.

I use FlexiHub for 2 years now and it works without a problem. It became an essential tool for me in customer support for testing USB devices.
Highly recommend the product and their customer service.

Needed a solution to allow a USB Camera to be viewed remotely, as well as to protect a shared USB software key (dongle). Not having to move the key around now from user to user is a huge timesaver, as well as it is now kept in a protected environment for peace of mind and security. No more worries if it were to become damaged, lost or stolen!

Simple installation was hassle-free and greatly appreciated. Works well and have had no issues with reliability with the connection. Seems to also work well with firewalls, and through the internet also!

I didn't need to fuss with any special connection settings, VPN's, or even a need to get technical support. It just worked for me right out of the box.

Other solutions require you to purchase two concurrent connections. I only needed one connection as you can toggle between any available USB connection that is available to you on an "as needed" basis. This solution has worked out perfect for me. I am very happy to have this.

I use FlexiHub to work every day for shared dongles. Easy connection and setup for the program No matter where my clients are, it can work quickly and easily. I love it. Hope the developers fix some issues for me. It works very well

This solution saved my business. Due to the recent restrictions I have to sit at home, but needed my work to be done. I needed remote access to my USB devices. FlexiHub works great over the Internet and we solved the appeared issue. It also has USB blocking feature, when you don't need it to be accessed. Many thanks to developers!

This app has SSL encryption and you can block USB over IP address, when you don't need it to be accessible anymore. Very helpful for multiple usage of the device. This feature helps in my daily work.

Beware !! Scamers ! i signed to this service to test for FREE trial period 7 days and signed my credit card to verify. BEFORE the end of trial i canceled subscription and money was debited at the same moment !! 159$ ! Scum !
In the same day i sent a request to my bank to block this payment and write them to cancel this mistake ....but no connection with this company , no any resopnse ...and after few days i found maleware soft on my Mac !!!
