Flexmoney customer service is very hard to reach. They don't respond to emails and their customer service dept doesnt answer the phone. They are very quick to decline your application. I think this company is a scam.

Not helpful.

Nothing but BS with this company. Have applied twice only to be turned down with the "old were not a good fit line of BS". But they make sure they do a hard credit inquiry to be sure to let everyone know their only intention is to mess with your credit score. I had a impeccable repayment history and a credit score over 700, but because of these morons I am sure it'll be going down. Stay away, they have no intentions of giving you a loan or even considering you for a loan. Just malicious behavior from a very unprofessional business.

I am only giving them a 2 star because the process was quite simple. The rest however is another matter. They do not reply to emails, their hours of operation are not good, and I still have not received my loan despite signing everything and receiving confirmation my money was on the way. Their website and member page is very sketchy. The say you can edit your profile including address on the member page following the link. THERE IS NO LINK. I am waiting until Monday morning for me deposit. If it doesn't come through, in my opinion the loan becomes void as they broke their contract agreement by having the loan deposited within 24 hours.

I haven't actually used this service, I was about to until noticed how unprofessional their site appears to be. An unprofessional website doesn't really mean a scam but it is a red flag and a tell-tale sign. The website wasn't designed well, you could literary see an html anchor tag that hasn't been marked up and overflowing over the edge of the screen (in layman's terms: a button that hasn't been designed properly so it's just a bare link and is overflowing over the edge of screen) on the application page when applying for the loan. It makes you feel like the website wasn't designed by a professional. For this reason I can't help but have suspicious feelings of insecurity. If their website isn't designed well, how much worse could their security protocols and algorithms be (RE the transfer of sensitive info between client and server)?! It's possible that this service may be a scam. ***again, I didn't actually use the service (for said reason) but I was about to, I'm warning anyone that there may be a potential of sensitive information to be stolen, hacked, lost, or the site may be a straight scam.
