I do not recommend booking online with Flight Centre. I had to cancel a booking and it has been a nightmare. They are asking for me to pay more instead of taking funds out of the refund.

This is in response to Flight Centre. I am appalled that I had to pay you extra $$ up front in order to cancel, and it will take you 2 - 4 weeks to refund my money. I don't understand why you cannot take your fees from the refund itself. You should also have to wait 2-4 weeks for your fee if I have to wait for my refund. I am reporting you to the BBB.

Cindy was amazing. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. She had personal experience with the resort we wanted and was able to give a first hand knowledge of the resort areas. Fantastic experience!

Venka is an excellent travel agent she goes above and beyond to make sure that you have exactly what you want she is a pleasure to deal with.

Staff at Coquitlam office are always excellent, especially Katrina. She goes above and beyond, keeping track of things and is always on top of everything. She replies promptly, is efficient and very friendly. Would (and have) recommend her to friends and family.

Shiela was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the entire booking process seamless and stress-free, always responding quickly and with so much patience. From coordinating our large group to handling last-minute details, she was organized, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a destination wedding or group trip.

Sheila was amazing and so easy to work with! She organized our group wedding trip to Mexico and everything was so seamless! Thank you Sheila for all the hard work you do!

Always a great experience with Ryan at the Burlington Mall location. He takes the time to listen and find me the "must haves" and never tries to upsell. He also has a great sense of humour!

Working with Liz Goodbrand at Flight Centre has been an incredible experience. She made planning our Africa trip easy from start to finish. Her communication was clear, timely, and friendly, and she handled every detail with care.

What really stood out was how proactive she was. Liz anticipated what we’d need, kept everything organized, and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely stress free. This is the first time I have ever been to Italy, so I was a bit nervous. Cortney Cahusac from Flight Centre's Burlington office dispelled all of my worries. She is a real expert at what she does! She kept me in the loop about everything and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Cortney thank you for everything!

Katherine in the Victoria office was fantastic at finding an excellent package for myself and my daughter. She listened to our specifics and found a combo that combined our desire to experience a new location and culture with our need for some relaxation. Thank you.

We recently booked our trip to Punta Cana through Bella at Flight Centre, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Bella took the time to listen to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. She answered all our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations that made our vacation even better. Everything went so smoothly, and we felt completely taken care of. Thanks to Bella, we had an amazing and stress-free trip to Punta Cana. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Our groups consultant Yolande was amazing!! I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. My fiance and I have been in close contact with her since we first spoke months ago. She has helped assist our group wedding guests in booking their trip and everything has been so smooth. We have booked two different vacations this year with the same rep at Flight Centre. She is on the ball and very patient, answering all questions and providing any info we request within a timely manner. It's nice to know we have one person we can go to at Flight Centre.

I have dealt with Vicki M at the Burlington Mall location twice now & would not hesitate to use her and/or recommend her. Right from me walking in she listened to what I was looking for then gave me some recommendations, some based on her own personal experiences. We chose to go with a resort she had personally been to and it highly exceed our expectations. Vicki went above & beyond making arrangements at the other end to accommodate us and a celebration that happened while away. She followed up before we left & also after coming home. Thanks Vicki for all you have done !

I have been a regular client of Mariah's for many years. I will NOT book a trip without consulting her. She is professional, highly efficient and very aware of my needs on any particular trip. Travelling, especially nowadays, can be an extremely stressful and challenging experience. Having Mariah on my team takes a huge weight off my shoulders. Bottom line...she takes care of you! Consistently outstanding!
