My daughter and I had to book a super short notice flight for a family emergency. Mariah was amazing, super quick response and able to pivot when our route changed. She really took the pressure off of us, we are super grateful and we both highly recommend Mariah , and we will be booking a trip to Australia with her in 2026!!

Tina Yates was super nice and helpful! I had previously had some very unpleasant experiences with Flight Centre and was hesitant to come back but she put my worries to rest. She was able to help me quickly and efficiently book a flight and was prompt in sending all the necessary documents I needed. Thanks Tina!

Very good customer service

Claire was so helpful. She took the time to walk me through all my options and never made me feel like she was rushing me, or giving me any pressure. I have never had such an amazing experience booking a trip before. I will certainly be calling her in the future to book all of my trips through her. she made me feel comfortable. Great suggestions as well as prompt service

My husband and I walked into the flight centre in Newmarket for the first time and met the lovely Hardeep Ryat. We explained where we wanted to go and what type of trip we wanted. Hardeep arranged a beautiful trip for us and we can’t thank her enough.
We already have a business trip that we have to take in the future and Hardeep arranged that one as well for us.

I just had my 2nd cruise, flight and hotel booking now with Flight Center Canada in Toronto with Matt! It was a breeze going through all the booking during our first one in April 2025 so we decided to definitely do our future bookings again with him and now we had just booked again for an 11 day trip in December 2025 with him! Matt is an experienced and has attention to details - definitely recommendable! They are now located beside Union Station in downtown!

Flight centre is the best. We have always had great help from our guy Ryan as well as other representatives there. Ryan especially has offered great insights on places to vacation. Flight Centre (Newmarket) was recommended to us by a friend. It was our first time using them and I have to say we were very pleased with the level of professionalism that we encountered. We dealt with Hardeep Ryat. Hardeep went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs and wishes were taken care of, and met. I have been booking my ticket with Flight Centre for many years as I had several good agents. Andrea Subotic is an agent whom I had for several years. She has helped me a lot getting me well informed, finding good insurances meanwhile travelling and discovering good deals. I am used to go to Europe at least once a year. I appreciate Andrea for her accuracy and her fast replies. I found very comforting that she was in touch with us when our luggage got delays going from Paris (France) to Sofia (Bulgaria). We would never have known how to deal in such situation and how to navigate with the insurance. It is so important to have a good agent. Thank you Andrea.
