friendly environment, staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help with bookings . Staff are great to deal with and keep you updated

We went on a land cruise organized by Gon Vega. It was mostly well organized, however we flew into LA at 1.30 in the morning and there was no room booked for us for the night/morning we flew in so we had to sit around until we could check in to a room. We were extremely tired after 12 hours of travel. The last day of our holiday we had to find out ourselves who was taking us to the airport as it wasn't written on our travel sheets that Gon had sent us.
However , apart from those two little hiccups, We had a fabulous time and Gon did an awesome job. I would definitely highly recommend him. He worked above and beyond his job and was very supportive and caring.

Went to book flights and found the Staff at the Flight Centre very capable and efficient at sorting out our requirements and providing an excellent service that works for our needs and budget.

I had a great experience booking flights with Nicola. My trip is quite complicated, but this was all managed well, including the baggage arrangements which differed on some flights.

Ben was very helpful, sorting out my flight and helping me when my flights got suddenly canceled. He made sure I have all I need and was very friendly!

My wife booked through this Flight Centre to go to Europe via Sydney, Dubai then Rome. We arrived at Christchurch Airport on the appointed day only to be told by the airline that they had NO reservations for her on the flight! They had no seat confirmation from Flight Centre. Flight Centre had not bothered to confirm with the airline that all was in order. We had paid for accommodation in Rome which of course she subsequently lost. We had paid for Flight Centre to manage all the bookings , phone calls etc.
This happened at the beginning of June and to date nothing has happened, no reply to many emails, phone calls etc
We are not going to let them get away with this absolutely terrible service!

Gon Vega was really helpful, helped us find the best deal for our trip to the UK for the route we wanted, with a lot of questions and needs. I've always used Flight Centre for all my holiday booking as I've always had great service from everyone I've dealt with for the last 20+ years of traveling back and forwards to the UK. Its nice to have the same friendly helpful service no matter who I've dealt with for all this time. Thank you for making my holidays that little bit easier to enjoy and relax.

A very friendly team at Flight Centre Christchurch Northlands mall. I'm grateful to have Tamara who arranged my flights for going overseas and has answered all my questions quickly. Her calmness as she explains the trip and time zone. This is my first trip overseas, I'm in my Golden years. So you really need this kind of person. I sent an email enquiry re a particular cruise we were wanting to do. Within half an hour had a reply from Dalton Bruce at Flight Centre Northlands with an offer and a hold on a cabin until we could reply.The price for this cabin was the best we had seen by far,so immediately booked it.We indicated we had friends also interested so he said he would keep an eye out for another cabin and let us know, which he did and our friends booked as well and saved themselves quite a bit on other offers they had found.
