From the moment I reached out to Emma Pilkington, at Flight Centre, I knew I was in good hands. Initially, I was exploring a Pacific Island getaway, but our plans quickly evolved, first to a winter trip to Europe, and then again to a spontaneous departure less than two weeks away! Through every twist and turn, Emma was nothing short of amazing. She pivoted with ease, never once making me feel like we were being difficult or indecisive.

As someone new to big overseas travel, I was overwhelmed by the logistics, but Emma thought of absolutely everything. She curated a seamless itinerary for me and my daughters, with perfectly located accommodation in Croatia, Italy, Wales, London, and Paris. One standout moment: she secured a hotel just 3 minutes from the train station and 6 minutes from the stadium for the Oasis concert - talk about thoughtful planning!

Emma went above and beyond, labelling all our train and plane tickets, arranging transfers where needed, and making the entire experience feel effortless. It genuinely felt like I was working with a friend who was personally invested in making sure we had the best time possible.
