She was professional, responsive, always made herself available and super efficient at preparing all the necessary documention. James helped me . He was polite and listened to all my questions and concerns about connecting flights and multi/ city tickets . He managed to find me a very good deal from my nearest airport as opposed to travelling to Heathrow . Very impressed
