Flints were amazing in terms of…
Flints were amazing in terms of customer service etc and arranging for Rosco to send the lighting gel direct to me.
What wasn't so good however was that Rosco didn't package the product properly - flimsy cardboard box which was torn on arrival and has damaged the lighting gel. I am too busy with a deadline to complain directly so writing it here in the hope this msg will be relayed.
