Update: sold the car to someone else after these time wasters. Two MOTs in and miles of happy driving for new owner.
Do exact opposite of what they promise. No mechanical issues with car. Spoke on phone they say send us photos etc and we offer a price and will not try and negotiate or haggle you down on collection. They offered lowish price. Which is fine as they collect car and need to make profit. However on collection of they tried to take another 37% off what they offered. Go round the car trying to fine things to get price down. Nothing but time wasters.

Dealing with this company to sell my car was a fantastic experience. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, with no intrusive calls. I communicated with just two individuals through WhatsApp: Sam, who initiated the selling process, and Mel from the transport team, who coordinated the pickup. Both were incredibly friendly, supportive, and addressed all my queries. The car collection was swift, and the driver was equally pleasant. Overall, everything ran smoothly and quickly from beginning to end.

Great experience with these guys. Price they tell you is what they pay. A very smooth trasanction and great customer service.

The whole process was so smooth and easy and I received what I thought was a fair valuation for my car. The money was paid into my bank within minutes of the car being picked up. In fact, he didn't leave with the car until the payment had gone through and everyone was happy. Levi gets a special mention for answering every question and making himself available. Thank you

Sold my son's and my dad's car to Flipit,dealt with Levi throughout, could not have done a better job 👍, good price for both cars, straightforward transaction and Stephan who collected the vehicles was helpful and made sure we were paid before he took them away. My second time selling a car to Flipit, once again a quick and easy process. Dan was really nice and explained how to put my card details into the portal. Arranged the sale on a Tuesday and the car was collected the next day. The money was in my account by the time I opened my banking app. Flipit notify the DVLA on your behalf which takes something off your plate and streamlines the process.

From the moment Levi spoke to me to the moment Dan took the car away everything was brilliant. It was a very simple process with the best price offered and I would highly recommend Flipit to anyone wanting to sell their car without the hassle of a private sale.

Really impressed with how easy it has been to sell my car to these guys. From constant updates and easily contactable via WhatsApp all the way up to car pick up and money transfer. Laughable offer! Went to several providers and these guys offered 34% of their competitors offers!

Sent details of my car - stated poor condition, which was pessimistic end of the scale as no mechanical issues just cosmetic, overestimated mileage, at the time it was off-road due to no MOT. I was offered £3200, in-line with value on Parkers. Sent photos and correct mileage, no change to valuation but suddenly "collection costs are more than the offer", despite having postcode from the outset and showing coverage nearby on their website.
I get the MOT done, car taxed and back on the road. Try again and offer now ~£500 – beyond lowball. Bunch of scammers!

My mileage was initially entered on the website as a guess of 230,000 miles, and the correct mileage of 192,002 indicated to Morgan in a WhatsApp chat when dashboard photos were sent ("Mileage much less than my 230k estimate - 192,002") - I can screenshot the chat as proof. Your response below is utter bullshit!

Levi dealt with the selling of my car and he was amazing and everything you’d want when selling a car.

I was skeptical that I had to send a chunk of money the day before collection, so they could settle my finance on day of collection. But Levi was so understanding and put my mind at ease.
