I was very happy with the process sent photos of car and the documents got my offer accepted guy came to pick car up free of charge which was quite a distance he waited until money was in my bank then left with car very simple no hassle

Although they offer slightly under private market price for your car, they were fair, clear and didn't haggle with no other admin or hidden fees. Very simple process.

Great service from start to finish. Contacted on wednesday and spoke with morgan who was polite and friendly and went through everything we had to do. Arranged for collection on thursday and money paid that day. The driver who collect my car (sorry cant remember his name) was friendly, messaged to let me know when he would be with me and arrived early which was great. He checked over the car and waited until we had the money in the bank before leaving. Overall really pleased with the service.

As a pensioner I was a bit dubious about selling our old car online, especially as you are told "beware of scams". As far as Flipit my fears wrre completely unfounded. They were very professional from the start. I sent the photos, an honest description and copies of service invoices. I received an offer by return and accepted. Very promptly Daniel came to collect. He was, kind, patient and helpful. Within minutes thd offer was confirmed and the money was in our bank. We received much more than the garage had offered part ex. Very highly recommended company. Absolutely fantastic service, very reliable & completely safe. You are in good hands with this company, and I would highly recommend. As a single woman you’re always worried about people taking advantage of that but with this company, contact was consistent and had no worries from start to finish. I sent my photos, and said a little about the car, I got a quote, then arranged for pick up date, on day of pick up, the guy came to collect the car, he had a check over handed over forms and key I received an email link to accept the quote and payment was sent and everything else for ownership of car was done for me, stayed till payment received and off it went. I have full confidence in this company and thank you for a safe and secure exchange. Very happy.

I tried to sell a car privately and I was pulling my hair out people phoning and say they were coming down to look at the car and none turned up I spent nearly 2 days talking to people on the phone that wanted to no things about the car it drove me made so I looked on the internet and found Flipittdayi got a quick response form Morgan sent a few photos and even when I had a question Morgan got straight back to me selling my car to Flipittdayi was so easy Morgan was great very polite and very professional in dealing with the purchase of my car they made me an offer and we done the deal if I could of gave them 10 stars I would of many thanks Morgan you were brilliant

Very good to deal with.
Spoke on phone to Morgan who was very good and explained the whole process.
Uploaded the photos and information he required.
Agreed a price and arranged collection.
Paul came to collect but was earlier than arranged, no problems, he waited for me to remove the dashcams and give it a quick clean.
Paul checked the car over and uploaded his own photos etc.
After which I recieved an email with a link, entered my details, and hey presto the money was in my bank, brilliant.
No tyre kickers were used at any time, lol, overall a very good experience, and I would certainly recommend/use again.

Amazing experience from start to finish after having a bad experience from motorway i received a lovely call from Wendy and she took all my details and got a quote to me the next day I was happy with the quote as my car was 15 years old she arranged pick up the next day and I was met by dan lovely gut who made me feel at ease with the sale and the checks took no longer than 10 minutes. 1000000% recommended 10/10 customer service.
