Very good experience. Selling a car could be mentally traumatic at times. Keep the price aside, but the time and effort you spend on answering calls and allotting times appointments etc.

Flipit was great in responding communicating and timely making changes and movements.

Have an honest description of the vehicle, got a price and a date to collect. The driver rang 2 hours before to let me know he was on his way and the payment went through minutes later. Nice and easy, very efficient.

Great service. We agreed on a price and this price didn't change. Great communication, it did take a few days for a collection date to be sorted. I was contacted the day before collection with an hour time slot. The process was very easy and money in my account before the car was taken. I then received an e-mail from DVLA to say the ownership of the vehicle has not changed. I would recommend this company.

Gave me a fair price for my car, I took pictures as they requested.
They had a driver in my area, so once I agreed to sell to them my car was picked up within the hour..
No haggling, bloke just verified the pictures sent represent the car...
Money was transferred to my account before he took my car away...

Been messed around by other companies, time wasters, I won't drag this down by mentioning then. FlipIt however were easy to contact (Morgan was great), easy to work with, the price was what the price was and Dan that came to collect the car was a top fella, no time wasting there either.

Very easy smooth process from start to end. Levi was very helpful sorting out the quote with my car, easy process to send photos and get it valued etc. I had communication with a couple of ladies to get the car booked in for collection. Again, very easy to sort and good communication. Karl came and inspected the car and drove it back. The money was paid to the finance company instantly, dvla also emailed me instantly. Will use flipit again the the future

Spoke to an employee (Levi) car valued, images, V5C, driving licence pic, bill in name as evidence sent. Asked if can be available Wednesday said yes. Was on standby. Got call from Lily, saying can't do 24 hour pickup. Informed can do Thursday, on standby again. Called midday Thursday, flip it said 'looks like penciled in for Friday. Annoyed now. 2 days of saying they can try to do it with no fixed date. Lily called again and she said sent a message saying can't do Thursday. Whilst on call she saw it wasn't sent to me and failed to deliver. Then told her I am available on Friday only till 13:00 She said no promises, but will try best. I said doesn't matter if they come after 13:00 I will be at work. So as courtesy I informed them if after 13:00 might as well not be there. Called on Friday to get an update, and complain about everything put through to manager named (John). Automatically defensive when transferred through, checked my schedule pick up 3:30 on Friday (which was today). I said no can do so cancel. After I told him everything, he said I can't turn the clock back, and I said all I want is an apology and he refused. The audacity!! .Doesn't cost a penny. Asked if available Monday next week. I said gotta check rota when I go to work today which started at 1.30, hence my unavailability. I said I want an apology for what I've been put through, John said 'no, we made no promises for a date'. He then asked what about Tuesday next week. I just told him I gotta check my rota. He said 'you could work 1 day a week or 5 days a week I don't know you'. Tried to be silly. I got mad and called him a neanderthal because he didn't wanna apologise and didn't get that people outside flipit also work as well and we need to check our work schedule before we get back to them. Decided to hang up because I got so mad.
