Fantastic staff and a very easy transaction explained all the way. We’re moving to Spain so to have someone collect the car and at a good price was invaluable to us. We will be selling our other car the same way once our Visa arrives.

The process is easy, I sent the photos via WhatsApp, and got a quote, when we accepted the quote, I then got a call from the collection team to arrange delivery, and they collected the same day, amazing. The gentleman who collected was also very nice, he stayed with me until all the emails and money has been transferred. Very happy.

The ease of selling was a breeze compared to other websites I looked at which involved long waits and a frustrating photo upload process.
FlipIt was so easy. Uploading photos to Charlie on WhatsApp who was fab, friendly and helpful. Then passed over to Lily for collection which was next day! Even the guy who collected was happy and helpful and helps you with the link you get straight away to receive the money for it!
Hugely recommend FlipIt as the easiest and fastest turnaround to selling a car. Thanks everyone involved for making it an easy process.

Staff lack basic knowledge of cars
Firstly, flawless customer service skills, and great communication. The reason for the poor review is some of the staff do not understand that lights (battery, oil, engine etc) illuminate on the dash before the car is started, and try to play it off as a CEL. It’s slightly worrying that they are evaluating cars but do not understand what happens when you turn one on.

Regarding the evaluation of vehicles and maintenance, I can assure you that our team is constantly updating their knowledge base, and that everyone is aware of what happens when you turn the ignition.
When we ask for images of the vehicle, we request the image of the dash while the engine is running so we can see if any warning lights are present. We wouldn't mistake the initial flash for a genuine engine management light so I apologise for the misunderstanding.
We hope that this clarifies the intention of our team and if there's anything else we can do to support you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I recently sold my car to Flipit . A strange experience at first because I started to communicate via what's app, sending in pictures of my vehicle and copies of documents. Flipit did then call me , and afterwards my car was collected as pre-arranged. An email is sent so that you receive payment on the spot and job done .
