the bus didn't arrive for half an hour, I was forced to buy another ticket for the next bus to make it to the train station

The driver was very nice, the bus was clean and very comfortable. The drive was quick and very enjoyable

Podróż minęła bezpiecznie i do celu. Wybrałam tę formę podróży ponieważ jest wygodniejsza bez przesiadek. Klimatyzacja robiła robotę w upalny dzień😉

Miła obsługa, w miarę czysto, wygodna jazda i bardzo szybka. Jestem ogólnie bardzo zadowolona z korzystania FlixBus i polecam te firmę innym.

Przejazd był sprawny i wygodny ,kierowca miły ,dzięki wybranemu objazdowi uniknęliśmy długiego kilkugodzinnego postoju spowodowanego wypadkiem .

Podróż super, wygodnie czysto, bezpiecznie, polecam.

The drivers were extremly not cooperative ,left me on the station without my suitcase ,now i am fighting to get it back,no contact number to speak to anyone !! Nightmare.

Czystość w autokarze, dostęp do toalety podczas jazdy autokaru, przystanki na tzw. "rozprostowanie nóg", ogłaszanie przystanków tuż przed postojem, miły kierowca autokaru, spokojna podróż.

Not the first travel nor the last. Flixbus keeps its standard as at least well or verywell. Always on time, usually clean. In my last travel the bus was very clear with a larger than usual space for legs without clima to the max.

Punktualność, bezpieczeństwo (obligatoryjnie zapięte pasy), jakość jazdy, czystość, miła obsługa.

Komfortowy przejazd. Trochę szkoda, że autobus nie zatrzymywał się w Kotlinie Kłodzkiej lub na granicy z Czechami, bo akurat tam był mój cel podróży.

When travelling on an overnight bus numbered N1253 on the way from Budapest to Warsaw I was met with an extremely unpleasant experience to cope with. When trying to rest on the bus during the night hours (22 - 6) it was hard for me not to notice a very uncomfortable smell coming out from the restroom that was provided on board. Adding to the fact that I was sitting in the rear part of the bus (seat 14D) and the odor could still be felt, which came and go because of the fortunately for me working air conditioning. When trying to use the restroom, the smell made it utterly impossible to do anything in the comfortable manner, which also made other passengers need to wait for the bus to arrive to a petrol station in order to use the toilet outside the bus. In some unfortunate way, half-way through the journey the doors to the restroom broke, filling the whole bus with a terrible scent.
Travelling on the overnight bus I'd also expect to be met with more amount of comfort considering the seats. The ones installed inside the vehicle couldn't tilt to any greater extent, the legrests weren't working properly and the overall experience wasn't enough to make the passengers rest comfortably during a long night drive.

Therefore the company might need to consider ensuring to the higher degree that toilets on their buses are in within the right hygenic standards, the smell in the bus is comfortable to all the passagers and the doors to the restroom can be closable. Moreover, especially on the overnight buses there can be special utilities granted such as more comfortable seats with the ability to tilt them more than 20 degrees, armrests, more stable legrests, firmer tables connected with the seats, etc.
