Flodesk has to be my favourite business tool!! As a graphic designer, it's super important to me that all the content I put out is design-centric and eye catching. Flodesk makes it so easy to implement brand fonts and colours into email flows and sign up forms. Email is one of my favourite ways to connect with my audience and potential clients, and I know I can always depend on Flodesk to help me do just that. I've been using Flodesk since my business launched, about 3 years ago, and it has been a 5 star experience!!

Flodesk is a wonderful tool for our business. It's a great platform to build your mailing list and send beautiful newsletters. The workflows are easy to use, with everything we need to create sequences for our campaigns. Highly recommended for creative studios like ours.

Great customer service. I had an issue with my card and they sorted it out very fast and with extra care. And more generally I love using flodesk. It's very easy to use and perfect for creatives!

Flodesk is flawless. I love how professional and beautiful templates are, reporting is super insightful and I actually understand what my audience is drawn to and what they like. I have been a Flodesk user for 4 years. The platform is easy to use and the templates are beautiful. What I love the most, however, is the commitment of the founders to deliver a high-quality product while listening to their users and the top-notch customer service. I recently reported an issue and my problem was solved in less than 1 hour! Highly recommend!

Come for the fresh design, stay for the amazing customer service. We were looking to refresh our brand and our first marketing email with Flodesk caught a lot of attention and generated great feedback and engagement with our audience. Since then we've set up workflows and automations with Zapier. All of this was new to us and Flodesk was there every step of the way from easy to follow help-desk articles to personal customer service solutions. Our audience and most importantly, our engagement is growing and we're thankful we found Flodesk!

I know this is short, but when you're looking at a software company to choose, these are the MUST HAVES that make or break success.

I discovered Flodesk through an online business educator called ByRosanna and I have not looked back.

The ease of use and appealing aesthetics are right up my alley as a self-proclaimed DIY-er when it comes to growing my biz!

I've used other email marketing platforms but none 'got me' like this one, if you know what I mean lol
I also love the reporting and interface on the back end to see when and how frequently my emails are opened - very user-friendly. I'm sure I've not been using it to it's full capability yet but can't wait for Stripe to be available in my region (Trinidad & Tobago) so that I can also make use of Checkout.

As a small business owner in South Africa, I have been using Flodesk for a few years now and I can honestly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and reliable email marketing platform.

The system is extremely user-friendly, even if you are not very technical. I especially love the beautiful template options, which make it simple to create professional-looking emails. The workflow and automation features are also very easy to understand and set up.
