I started using Flodesk in December 2024, based on a recommendation from another coach. Since then, it has been an invaluable business tool for reaching out to my members and customers and for me to give them better support from me. They have been 5 Star for me, and I highly recommend them.

Flodesk is hands down the easiest email marketing tool I've ever used, and I've tried a lot of them! It has really robust functionality and capabilities their competitors just don't have. From the ability to add videos, to opt-out workflow forms, they have what I need to build really powerful, impactful emails. The design layouts are the most beautiful, clean and well designed ones out there. I have a really high email retention and open rate thanks to Flodesk. They also have excellent customer service, they are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

I switched to Flodesk early in my small business journey and haven't looked back since. As someone who's run both product and service-based businesses, I know how hard it is to find tools that are simple, effective, and don't require endless training—Flodesk ticks every box.

For over a month, Flodesk’s checkout has been applying incorrect VAT to my sales due to a tax configuration bug. This overrides the correct settings in Stripe.

Because my pricing is VAT-inclusive, this is not a minor issue. It directly reduces my net income on every affected transaction and creates serious complications for VAT reporting (HMRC).

As a result, I have:

paused advertising for a time-sensitive workshop
spent hours trying to resolve the issue across Flodesk and Stripe
had to investigate and identify the root cause myself
Lost significant revenue (over £1,400)

The issue is still not resolved.

What’s most concerning is the handling:

-repeated redirection between support teams
inconsistent guidance
-no clear ownership of the problem nor accountability

This is not just a technical bug — it affects revenue, compliance, and the ability to run a business with confidence.

On a 700US$ annual subscription you can find a much better product and service elsewhere. Don't make the same costly mistake

I’ve used a lot of email platforms over the years, and Flodesk is the first one I’ve stuck with long term.

The biggest difference for me is how easy it is to use. I can build emails and workflows quickly without fighting the tech or overthinking the design. The templates look good right out of the gate, which saves a ton of time.

I also like how straightforward the automations are. I can set up sequences, segment my list, and keep things organized without needing a complicated setup or extra tools.

From a business standpoint, it removes friction. I send more emails because it feels simple, and that alone makes it worth it.

I've been using Flodesk for over 5 years, and as a social media marketing agency owner, I can't say enough good things about this platform! I've tried a lot of different email marketing platforms, and nothing beats the ease and simplicity of Flodesk. These days it's paramount for me that a tool I'm paying for is clean and easy to use. It has all the automation power I need, as well as enough analytics to get by. The ONLY thing I would change is the way saved template emails are organized (it's a little non-intuitive to find them as of now); and having more analytics, such as being able to easily see a list of top-performing subject lines. That said, this platform is still my go-to recommendation for small biz owners (especially creatives) who don't want to get overwhelmed by email marketing & tech.

I’ve been using Flodesk for over 5 years and it’s been something that's grown right alongside me and my businesses. I’ve run multiple businesses and as my launches, promos, and offerings have changed, Flodesk has kept up so I never have to rebuild my systems from scratch which is HUGE. The automation is suuuper simple to set up so even if you’re not a tech person it’s manageable. There is a resend feature that sends to unopens which has helped boost my engagement and open rates. It It also integrates with other tools I already use like Canva, Shopify, and Honeybook so it makes things even easier.

I keep recommending Flodesk because it’s been so consistent and works the way entrepreneurs actually work. It has saved me sooo much time and helps me engage my audience, and it actually helps keep my business organized. I always tell people if you want an email tool that just works and grows with you, Flodesk is definitely it.
