Okay, so I started using Flodesk back in 2021 when I was brand new to email marketing. I actually made so many mistakes in my early days with email marketing, but Flodesk has made it easy for me to "clean up" house by segmenting my correct audiences. Also, they have made the learning process easy for me through the years because I have VERY limited time (being a mom AND a full time business owner) so their easy to understand tutorials and tech support have been a true godsend for this busy mama! I will say this, my most favorite feature of Flodesk is pre scheduling out emails. I know, I know, that may sound lame, but hear me out: I like to batch out my emails to certain segments of my audience because of my limited time. And with summer break coming up (and summer vacations with little ones coming up) I want to be 100% engaged and focused on my family time in the summer. So, in order to make that goal happen, one thing I do is batch out (write out) my newsletters, and then I pre-schedule them. Flodesk has made that process incredibly easy for me. AND if I need to go in and edit a scheduled post, I can easily do that (without ruining any tech). Also, those prescheduled emails, they can also be sent out to very specific audience members on your email list (which is VERY nice)! Anyway, I love that I have been using this email service provider for well over 5 years now and I know that they are getting better and better as they grow as a company, so I am planning on sticking with them! :)

Flodesk is a great platform to use for email marketing and we find it very user friendly. They are continuously making updates and improvements to their site and are great at customer service. I've had a number of challenges lately in knowing how and trying to set up workflows or sequences and their customer service team is always super responsive and helpful in getting back to us with solutions.. you can tell you are interacting with real people who want to help us. They also hold regular webinars where you can ask questions and get help. We highly recommend Flodesk.. it has worked so well for our team at Woxbox Gift.
