My experience with Flodesk has been positive overall. The platform is easy to navigate and makes creating professional email campaigns simple without requiring a lot of effort. I like the clean design and user-friendly interface, which helps save time when building emails and managing subscribers. The automation features also help streamline communication and keep everything organized. Overall, it has made email marketing more efficient and easier to manage for my workflow.

I've been using Flodesk for 6 years and wouldn't recommend anything else to my clients! As a Squarespace designer, I love how seamlessly both platforms integrate and how user friendly it all is for my clients to maintain on their own. This is extremely important to me as a designer as I always want my clients to have ownership and feel empowered when running their business - never signing them up to software or platforms they'll struggle with. Over this period of time I've seen Flodesk continually evolve, always moving with the times and introducing new features to make the platform even better. Their Facebook community group is super active and helpful, and you really feel the owners take feedback and requests on board. Particularly excited about the introduction of Claude & Chat GPT!

What initially drew me in were the templates. They’re beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and most importantly, easy to customize. That means my clients can confidently manage their email marketing long after I’ve set everything up for them. The workflows and automations are also incredibly visual and intuitive, making nurture sequences and client retention funnels feel far less overwhelming.

I’ve been able to create more intentional customer journeys without spending hours troubleshooting complicated tech. And even as Flodesk continues to evolve and add new features, the platform still remains user-friendly and approachable, which is rare.

I loved using Flodesk for my newsletters. I am not what you would call tech-savvy but Flodesk made me look like a graphic designer with their sleek and beautiful templates! I would recommend it to anyone looking for chic templates and an easy to use platform. The only reason I ended my subscription was because I had stopped sending the newsletters and their customer service was supportive when I asked to cancel. I was about two weeks late cancelling my annual auto renew; I requested a refund for the year-in-full payment and they gave me the refund because it was in a 30 day window of the auto renewal which I greatly appreciated. Good customer support. Just wish they’d had a phone number as I much prefer talking to a person than emailing/chatting.

I have been using flodesk since September and have had such a great experience with them.
The customer service is excellent and very responsive… which I wasn’t expecting from an online style business … it’s real people who get back to you and help!
Plus the product is such a support to my events and shop! I have multiple different forms and I love the control I have with them. Style, content, easy to use and multiple email addresses is what sold me! I have 2 businesses and I can manage both with my single flodesk account. That was a game changer!!!

Okay so I've used enough email platforms to know that most of them are either ugly, overpriced, or make you feel like you need an IT degree to send a newsletter.

Flodesk said no to all of that, and I respect it deeply.

The templates are gorgeous (I genuinely get excited to build out emails). And building out sequences, funnels, and opt-ins? Actually enjoyable. Which is not something I ever thought I'd say about email marketing infrastructure.

Everything has been amazing so far and easy to navigate. Everytime i need help from support, they have been super responsive and even send me videos explaining how to resolve my questions.
