I use Flodesk periodically throughout the year since I am a very seasonal, small business. Whenever I send out emails, however, I always feel like I have a polished, deliberate business presence. I love the layout blocks and easily find online help to customize. If I run into any issues (usually my own), support is very quick to respond and get me up and running.

Flodesk is really a great email platform. It's simple, well-designed and easy to use, and they're always adding new features/improvements to it to make it better. Customer service is always helpful and thoughtful in their responses.

I am a tarot reader who specializes in love and relationship readings. My esthetic has to do with feminine luxury, elegance, and romance. AND my goal for my launch is to build up my email list, but being a noob to that side of digital marketing, I needed something simple but something that could make my brand look divine. I tried many MANY platforms. And nothing out there beats flodesk. Esthetically, they have the most beautiful emails and technically, they have a very simple to understand user friendly platform. I think I went through a brief "training session" to understand the concepts of email list building from chat GPT, but then something clicked and everything made sense. And then I could really see just how simple this platform is. Plus, if there are any issues, the customer service is very prompt and helpful. All in all, if you're looking for a simple to use platform that delivers an incredible esthetic, Flodesk cannot be beat!

Flodesk is the email marketing platform I've been happily using for over five years, and honestly, I can't imagine running my business without it.

What I love most is how intuitive it is. I got over the learning curve pretty quickly, and that's exactly why I feel so confident recommending it to my clients. I know they'll find it just as easy to use, and that matters to me. The thing that really stood out though? Flodesk never had to sacrifice features to make it user friendly. It's still beautifully customizable to your brand, which as a designer, I deeply appreciate.

I love Flodesk's emails - as both a sender and receiver. The emails are lovely and highly customizable, which makes it easy to represent your brand in your marketing emails. Their integration with Canva saves time, energy, and effort. I love that I can save a header that I've created in Canva as a "favorite" and it's fast to insert it into every email; if you have a link associated with the image, that will stay connected to the block (let's say your header is about an upcoming event, the link to the event landing page will stay attached to the "favorite" block). Their templates are lovely and easy to use. Their customer service is knowledgeable and eager to help (I love their Facebook group!). The Flodesk team is always working to make the platform better, and they allow you to submit and upvote feature requests. The price is totally reasonable for what you're getting.

Another tool that is really useful for business owners is the workflow automations. When someone signs up, they get sent an offer to use on my shop instantly along with follow up emails to show them exactly what my shop is about. It's incredibly helpful to have that in place so I can nurture my customers whilst getting on with other important tasks.

I really love the fact you can segment your subscriber list too so on my sign up page, customers can select what they're interested in and be signed up for only those emails. Really simple and easy to do yet effective. I can make sure those customers are getting the emails they really want which helps to retain them on my subscriber list.

My subscriber count has grown by double since I started using Flodesk. I think because it's such an easy platform to use and it seamlessly makes your emails look so visually appealing, creating emails is no longer a chore and I promote my email list a lot more now.

Flodesk are really active on social media and come across as a really personable brand despite being such a large platform. On Threads for example, you can ask them questions and they'll respond pretty quickly. The webinars they do about their new features and tips/advice are really helpful also.
