I knew this pillow would work for me as soon as I put my head on it, even though slightly firmer than expected. Order and delivery all smooth and quick.
I’m very happy with this wool pillow. It’s extremely comfortable, provides great support, and keeps its shape really well throughout the night. I especially love that it’s filled with natural wool —... Toon meer
Unfortunately the summer duvet wasn't for me. I (a male) still felt too hot on a summer night in my Sussex home; perhaps it's better for those that feel the cold more or draughtier houses in the nort... Toon meer

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for your new pillows. Wool can have a natural woolly scent to start with and this will disappear over time and with regular airing outside which will also refresh and fluff up the fibres. Our woolly products are completely natural and sustainable and are hopefully helping you to have a great night's sleep.
Fluffy wool filled pillows
I was looking for a more natural, sustainable but luxurious pillow and I found it here! These pillows are the best I have ever slept on. Very happy with my purchase & would highly recommend.

Great company
The duvet is very well made and warm, though it was not for me in the end as I found a little too rustly for my liking. Customer service is excellent and the return could not have been easier.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are happy that know that our 30 night sleep guarantee enabled you to try out our luxury wool pillows. The high thread count in our organic cotton casings is very crisp until softened through usage. We appreciate that pillow preference is very personal and thank you for trying Floks.
Fantastic service with an amazing product
We had a specific enquiry and concern prior to ordering, which Sophie came back to us almost immediately and answered all our questions. The finish quality of the duvet is impeccable and the presentation equates to care and consideration that has gone into every aspect of the manufacture. Ours was a Winter plus and it certainly keeps you toastie!

Doubtful value for money
Cashmere socks were nicely packaged and received in good time. They fit well and are warm. Completely fit for purpose, but my issue is price (and postage). They seem no better than a good pair of socks that can be found elsewhere for significantly lower cost. A nice purchase for someone where cost doesn't matter.

Hello Nigel and thank you for taking the time to review your purchase of cashmere socks. Our socks are made in Scotland and are 100% cashmere rather than combined with a percentage of synthetic material as we feel that this does give a superior product. We do use a next day delivery service as standard. Thank you once again for the feedback as this is always so important for our small family owned brand.

Helped get my pillows delivered
I had an issue with delivery and contacted Floks. The lady at Flocks contacted DPD and provided them with more instructions about my location that I couldn’t give due to ordering the pillows through John Lewis. Tonight I received the new pillows and am excited to use them tonight!

The best pillow I’ve ever slept on…
Recovering from some time in hospital I wanted to make my time in bed more pleasant. I’d heard about wool for bedding. Looking into it Floks ticked all the boxes. Locally sourced wool from Yorkshire, what’s not to like. I ordered a pillow and it arrived very quickly and excellently packaged. (The duffle bag it comes it is already finding other uses). Luckily it got better - the pillow is beyond comfortable. It’s made a real difference to my sleeping. I will definitely be replacing all my pillows and I am very tempted by the duvet. If you’re reading this, you’re interested and my advice is to get yourself some of Floks bedding.
