Delivery of a small package went missing via Yodel. Siobhan immediately replaced the item I had ordered and posted it via Royal Mail. It arrived the next day. That's what I call customer service. Thanks everyone at Moy

The sales girl was so very helpful. Listening to all the requirements and showed us all the sofas we might like. Nothing was too much trouble. Another member of staff phoned us to let us know it had arrived. Very nice and arranged the delivery to suit us. The sofa is very comfortable. Looks so good in our house. The delivery was great too. The men were very careful and respectful.

Couldn't fault the staff in moy furniture centre on my 2 visits. Stephen helped with all my questions brought me all the swatches and offered advice.
Was able to show me the fabric I eventually chose on another sofa. I didnt make a purchase on that occasion but came back in July and purchase a 3 seater and a cuddle chair, same great service.

Furniture was delivered promptly and delivery men were very careful when bringing the furniture in. It was finished to the highest finish and quality.

Would recommend to anyone.

Visited today to pick up some of their diffusers following on from a friends recommendation. A wonderful selection of diffusers for every room and taste at a very reasonable price. Pick up 2 for my own home and 1 as a gift. Gavin was super friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to visiting again

Bought lovely new Tempur bed and mattress from Moy Furniture Centre. Great service, friendly staff and prompt delivery. Tempur mattress is very comfy and really good for my back.

Fantastic visit to Moy Furniture Centre. We were recommended to visit by a family member who had purchased furniture there recently. Gorgeous range of furniture and a new wide selection of candles and diffusers for the home. We picked up a number of fabulous scents and could have gotten more, something for every part of the home. Gavin was super helpful finding everything we were after.Highly recommend 👌
