plumber never followed up to set us up. it shuts water off for apparent no reason sometimes.

The sensors are unreliable and the 5 year warranty is not actually 5 years. The company has hidden the warranty on their website so you must rely on their employees who later tell you that their faulty sensors are only warrantied for one replacement. Apparently they know how poor their sensor quality is so one they send you a replacement it is no longer warrantied.

Very great phone service

My initial problem was with the install—not the FloLogic equipment.

However, FloLogic was very responsive in helping to diagnose the problem with the install.

I am very happy with the FloLogic support and my system is working well now.

Works flawless and was easy to setup and I have done two other brands that did not give me this experience.

Fixed my near-term problem and provided good information for changing some parameters.

My flow sensor was replaced under warranty.

It's great at alerting when there this an issue. The app is easy to use to change settings. and it definitely works in detecting when there might be unexpected flow.

We had the flow logic installed with 20 sensors throughout our home. The installer had told us that the sensor used our Internet, but he was incorrect as it used your proprietary Internet. Unfortunately, the sensors have very weak signals and I get at least four messages a day that they are reporting or not reporting. We did put in an extender and that did not help. It is quite annoying.

The availability of the people in North Carolina to help us set up the connection to my cell phone, and get my certificate for the sake of my insurance company. I did have a plumber to help.

The product arrived as promised. Our plumber installed it with the help of the call center.

Our PROBLEM is that the Flologic keeps shutting off the water even when no one is home and when little or no water is flowing. Housekeeper keeps finding no water and has to call me to turn on. This is not working for us.

What do we do??

floLogic seems like a good tool and I am satisfied with the product, app and company, but its functionality falls short of the Moen Flo.

The signal between the gateway and the connect module continuosly and regualry drops off shutting down the app access to the system. The Pinpoint sensors do not connect to the gateway unless they are on the same floor of the house and fairly close. I will need to buy at least 2 and maybe 3 range extenders. Frustrating experience!!

I love the device, we purchased an earlier model that lasted many years. The new model is much easier to use, it has internet access and a simple and straightforward app.

I have no complaints.
Everytime I call someone answers and always is helpful.
One of the better tech supports.
I setup every house we build and they have always helped when I have had any issues.
