All though it takes a while to deliver to the UK i can not fault anything about the tazz's I've orderd two pairs of tazz uggs and have just put another order in for the ugg trainers there absolutely beautiful i would highly recommend ordering from this site 5 stars all round for me thank you flomera 😘

They hadn’t arrived when I wrote this. So no defamation thank you. It was fact. They arrived weeks later. I wasn’t advised it would take several weeks for them to arrive so I thought I’d been scammed. I emailed your company. Only then it got resolved, so get your facts right before you accuse defamation!!

You made your first purchase with us and we delivered you parcel, You told us that the size wasn't good. So as a good gesture from, we proposed that you keep the one received and we sent you a new size for free. When you received, you came back and asked for return again for the 2 items which you only paid one of them.
We asked for a return fee on your case because we did replace for free and you didn't respect our gesture.
Otherwise, we do deal with return normally by provide free return label.
