I’d always thought that I wasn’t quite like my friends and family. There were just inexplicable stresses and over-reactions on my part that they didn’t seem to suffer from. It took me a long time to sort this out but I finally sought the answers, at the age of 69. Too late? No. I’m not sure it’s ever really too late if the process brings you certainty, self-knowledge and permission to be kinder to yourself and more accepting of your differences. I can’t thank the team at AuDHD highly enough for their understanding and professionalism. I don’t think anyone could call it a wholly pleasurable process but I’m sure it was considerably less painful than it might have been, thanks to their collective kindness and empathy.

Hi I’m Craig and I’m 42 years old, I have just had my feed back assessment today and been diagnosed with AUDHD, all my life I have struggled mentally feeling confused, can’t focus, lost, restless, exhaustion, highs and lows, I can go on but I don’t wanna bore you lol I just didn’t know myself who I am but now I can try and understand because I want to know me and get the right help support that I need, I’ve made the right decision and my experience have been fantastic they are fantastic human beings understand caring very supportive very professional highly rated, if your reading this and thinking about whether to get tested then you have came to the right place think no more, this is my 100% review feed back 😁🤪

This is a fantastic service. From the online questionnaires, the appointment for consultation and diagnosis, through to support techniques, medical advice and ongoing titration service, the whole process is supportive and client focused. It is not cheap, but it is fast, reliable and the techniques and medication I have received have been invaluable. This has genuinely been life changing for me, and I would highly recommend the service. Thank you.

Hi I’m Ellen and like many people I self diagnosed through resonating with people talking online about their experiences of having Autism &/or ADHD. Going to AuDHD Psychiatry was the best decision I could have made because I simply couldn’t face how long the waiting list is and their combined assessment price was the most reasonably priced I could find. If you feel like you don’t fit into society, that you may be different to others and you believe that to be down to being undiagnosed I couldn’t recommend AuDHD Psychiatry more. The process was smooth and helpful throughout. I really felt like I got my money’s worth as there are a number of specialists involved in the process who are kind and understanding throughout and there are many questionnaires to fill out. I know it sounds a bit overwhelming but it ultimately means they are being thorough and getting to the bottom of what’s going on. This ensures you will get the truest result :)

An excellent service with knowledgable staff and excellent customer support.

Just had the first medication appointment. The process from inital contact to now has been brilliant. There was a small issue about appointments being changed but they went out of their way to discuss my concerns and remedy the situation. The support staff are wonderful, so kind and helpful. The medical staff are as well. Would highly recommend

The staff were really great and understanding. Lots of reminders for appointments which is helpful for me with ADHD. They explained everything, including the feedback and listened without judgement.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I came to them after I had to leave my previous private prescriber due to travel issues. They listened to my situation and got me back up and running with my regular ADHD meds. I didn't have to fill out millions of forms either or get an assessment with them, I was able to hand over my previous assessment and it was accepted! They are very on top of replying to emails as well as sending reminders too. Theyre so thorough with your medication reviews too to make sure it is working for you and if you need further support. Genuinely could not recommend enough!!

Our experience of Audhd Psychiatry over the last 6 months has been like a breath of fresh air, from the lady booking the appointments and helping me with the forms, to the Dr who diagnosed my son and the nursers helping us with shared care monitoring, you have all been wonderful and made what is a stressful process with a AUDHD teen into a more gentle and manageable journey we would 100% recommend. My son used the combined pathway. The process was really thorough, supportive, unhurried and compassionate, and has provided clarity. The report is incredibly thorough, drawing on all of the extensive interviews and questionnaires to provide a complete picture. The fee feels very fair for the amount of time and expertise that we received during assessment. I believe that coaching is offered and I think my son may well make use of this as we were so impressed by the team. Special thanks to Dr King and Jess Sweet who really connected with my son and put him at his ease so that he was able to really open up and feel seen and heard after years of masking. Also thanks to whoever is dealing with enquiries - Donna? Very helpful and supportive replies.

Couple of comments/suggestions that might just reflect my preference:
Though the online system proved to be very efficient, before booking, we would have found it helpful to see the steps of the assessment clearly laid out on the website as it was hard to understand exactly what made up the dual assessment for the price paid. We largely chose AuDHD Psychiatry on the basis of the (excellent) reviews. I think you could highlight on your site the support that is given prior to interviews in completing the questionnaires - the reminder emails for example - so that people don't worry about being able to 'deliver' adequately after paying their fee.
I also found it a bit disconcerting not to be able to talk to anyone on the phone prior to booking to seek reassurance on these aspects. The WhatsApp chats/emails proved to be super-helpful when seeking a more personal interaction prior to booking and during the process. The team are so responsive and very warm which I found really helpful at what is quite a stressful time. Perhaps that offer could be more clearly signposted on the site to help others like me?

An exceptional service all round. We’d had a disappointing and stressful assessment process with a different provider last year and were nervous about selecting another provider for a second opinion for our daughter. From the outset AuDHD Psychiatry demonstrated exceptional professionalism and understanding of our situation. They were proactive in sending out and following up on the required forms and information needed for the assessment and every person we spoke to was sympathetic and highly knowledgable. Special thanks to Dr King and Donna Ayre for their support throughout the process, giving us confidence and assurance in understanding our daughter’s needs. The assessment results and report were provided very quickly and the report was highly detailed and accurate. If you are nervous like we were, if your child is highly skilled at masking and able to perform and communicate effectively, then do consider AuDHD Psychiatry as the online assessments allowed our daughter to be her true self. After 15 months of not knowing and second guessing, they’ve given us the clarity and understanding we desperately needed to help and support our daughter for the future.

I’d highly recommend AuDHD Psychiatry for anyone looking into a Autism/ADHD assessment. They where very responsive to any of my questions via their WhatsApp chat, and all of the clinicians I dealt with where super nice and supportive throughout the process. I dealt with Jessica Sweet, Tracy King and Reagan Bailey and they were all great from start to finish. I never felt judged, it seemed like they understood me which was good.
I will pre-warn you, there are a lot of forms to complete before the assessment interviews! But it’s all very thorough and the information is all used in the final report so I’d say it was worth it in the end! The report was written thorough and it even had some recommendations at the end that are useful

Getting an assessment with AuDHD Pyschiatry was a very straightforward process. The pre-assessment session was useful and I think a good investment before paying for the full assessment. Everyone has been professional and friendly throughout, and they give you lots of reminders along the way. Would recommend.

From the very outset the responses were warm, friendly, considerate, yet consummately professional. The two people I spoke to, Jess and Donna were very natural and spontaneous with no airs and graces, but still professional. They went out of their way to explain everything and to support the journey I had embarked on.

As a 58-year-old who had never considered the possibility of being neurodivergent until my teenage daughter was diagnosed with autism and ADHD, the decision to pursue an assessment was incredibly difficult. I felt very anxious about the entire process.

However, from the initial screening call through to both my autism and ADHD assessments, I felt completely heard, understood, and supported. Doctor King and Dr Bailey were extremely kind, approachable, patient, and compassionate throughout. Although the process was mentally exhausting, it was also an incredibly positive and enlightening experience.

Receiving an AuDHD diagnosis was still a shock, but by the end of the assessments I genuinely felt that the team had taken the time to get to know me as a person. They made me feel seen and understood, never inadequate or "different." Instead, they helped me recognise the strength and resilience it had taken to navigate 58 years of life without knowing I was autistic and had ADHD.

I'm now taking some time, with the continued support of the team, to think about what the diagnosis means for me and what my next steps might be. For now, though, I'm simply learning to be kinder to myself.
I would wholeheartedly recommend AuDHD Psychiatry to anyone who has questions about their neurodiversity. The service is outstanding, the staff are exceptional, and being able to access assessments without lengthy waiting lists made an enormous difference.

When I was first looking into how and where to get a diagnosis for both ADHD and autism I was massively overwhelmed. The thing that stood out for me with AuDHD Psychiatry was the focus on a combined assessment and recognising a late diagnosis and the differences for women and girls. From my screening call to my diagnosis the whole process took just over two weeks and was worth every penny in my eyes. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Dr King and Dr Bailey were both fantastic during my assessments and put me at ease straight away. I never felt like I was giving 'wrong' answers and was given plenty of reassurance when I was worried about certain aspects of my assessment.

I would highly recommend them for anyone worried about not fitting to the stereotypical or 'standard' symptoms for ADHD and/or autism. Thank you so much to all the team!

I didn’t read any reviews before contacting AuDHD psychiatry, but when I did the service was friendly and I felt supported. I have given five stars because I cannot think of any changes I would make. The providers put me at ease and I felt comfortable throughout.
