Very simple process and for someone that potentially has ADHD this was much appreciated. Quick and good service.

We have been so immensely impressed by the care, attentiveness, responsiveness of AUDHD Psychiatry. Charlie (aged 15) felt so held, seen, understood and affirmed in her conversations with Dr Regan Bailey. She came off her first call with Regan, looked at me with a huge grin and, with arms in the air, shouted, 'YES!' Regan's empathic and validating responses to Charlie's answers, and her sensitive facilitation of the interviews, meant that Charlie felt that her challenges were normalised by someone outside the family for the first time. She now has explanations for the way her mind works and why certain things are challenging, whereas previously she has internalised those difficulties as something that's wrong with her, or she isn't trying hard enough. We're now equipped with a detailed report and recommendations for support and adjustments the school should be putting in place, and Charlie feels empowered and hopeful to go forward. We can't thank this team enough for the service they have offered, and the quick turnaround (7 days!) from initial forms and interviews to report. They have also responded on Whatsapp very quickly to any questions we might have had. We're about to embark on exploring further avenues of support with them, including medication and neurodivergent coaching/mentoring. This experience has been truly life-changing! We can't thank them enough!

After several people recommended AuDHD on an ADHD support group, I decided to take the plunge (after being told I wouldn't get help through my regional NHS and being waiting since 2017 for an assessment...)

Within a week of first contact, I had my assessment. As they are a prescribing clinic, I will be able to receive medications (should I choose), and they will liaise directly with my GP as well.

My only niggle was their platform regarding forms. It wasn't very user friendly. However, they responded to queries very quickly and I got the help that I needed.

All in all, I highly recommend them. Dr Regan Bailey was so lovely, calm, patient and kind.

I had a wonderful experience going through an adult joined autism and ADHD diagnosis process with AuDHD Psychiatry. I felt anxious but everyone made me feel respected and understood. I had my main calls with Dr Tracy King and she was very kind, professional, and re-assuring. I appreciated that that appointments were available without long waiting times. The whole team was very knowledgeable about presentations of neurodivergence in adult women.

I had a brilliant experience with AuDHD psychiatry. I was assessed by Dr Tracey King. Having had some time to reflect I would say the assessment itself was the perfect balance of thorough and professional and also accessible, I wanted it to be robust and in depth and come to the right conclusion but also I was nervous about how that might feel to get there. Dr King was very kind and empathic and I felt very at ease. I had researched a number of providers and had settled on AuDHD Psychiatry and I feel I made the right choice for me. I found the response times to my many questions very good & very efficient in terms of booking, the process & the website / portal.

The whole process was straightforward and not overwhelming

I recently had an adult ADHD assessment with Darren and despite being a nervous wreck before it, within a few minutes I felt like I was speaking to someone who understood, and didn't think my symptoms were weird. The relief of hearing, after 34 years, that you're not just a terrible person and there's a reason for your inability to perform certain tasks was incredible. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking an assessment, especially those who are wondering whether the financial cost is worth it - it is.

I cannot recommend Dr James Bridgewater highly enough. From my very first titration appointment through to my repeat prescription reviews, he has been consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.
Finding the right ADHD medication and getting the dosage right is not a simple process — it requires patience, careful listening, and clinical expertise. Dr Bridgewater brought all of that to every appointment. He took the time to truly understand my experience, asked the right questions, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed.
The impact on my life has been profound. I feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more present than I have in years — genuinely alive in a way I had forgotten was possible. But it goes beyond me personally. The positive effects have rippled into my family life in ways I did not fully anticipate. I cannot praise the team here at AuDHD Psychiatry high enough. Absolutely phenomenal support and superb compassionate professional staff. I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD aged 52 and my world that didn't make sense now does. My initial assessment was with the wonderful Jess Sweet who was very supportive and kind, especially as I'd Never done a video call in my entire life!!! My Autism assessment was with the fabulous Dr O'Reilly who was absolutely Fantastic, again, putting me at my ease. These didn't feel like assessments, they felt like a chat with someone lovely just asking the right questions and explaining aspects. It just puts you immediately at ease. Plus you're in your own surroundings so they get a Much better picture of how you are normally. The ADHD assessment was with the gracious James Bridgewater again who also put me at my ease. The team have a calm reassuring manner throughout, compassionate, understanding, supportive. They made going through these assessments and recieving life changing diagnosis superb. It’s hard to put into words how much having a diagnosis has meant to me. For years, I struggled to understand myself and this has given me so much clarity and sense of relief. The team were so patient and thorough, even though I was very anxious before the calls they made me feel at ease. They made sure that I could receive my diagnosis within the week and were very responsive on both watsapp and email inbetween appointments. I’ve been waiting to have an appointment on the nhs for many years and this service made the process so streamlined. From the very beginning I’ve had a wonderful experience. The website itself is informative and accessible. The screening call with Jess was so helpful and validating and left me feeling confident in going ahead and booking an assessment. Darren made me feel so safe , comfortable and calm and the assessment process itself was no where near as daunting as I had anticipated. I really look forward to continuing to work with the team. Our daughter had never done a video call assessment before and I'd been quietly dreading it all week. She just got on with it. The portal was easy enough to navigate and the report was with us faster than the confirmation email had suggested. Nothing to fault.

As a very sceptical and wary parent and someone who has become disillusioned with parts of the medical profession: I approached AuDHD Psychiatry with caution. What first drew me in was the transparency, with clear pricing on the website and the fact that Dr Darren O’Reilly is himself neurodivergent. That immediately signalled a level of understanding and authenticity that is often missing elsewhere.

However, it was our actual meeting with my adult daughter that confirmed we had chosen the right path. My daughter is already diagnosed as autistic, alongside several other conditions, and Darren was able to engage with her in a way that felt respectful, attuned, and genuinely collaborative. From the outset, he was honest about the assessment process, including the fact that not everyone will meet the strict criteria for a diagnosis. That level of integrity mattered to us.

The assessment itself was thorough without being overwhelming. Much of the groundwork had already been completed through the detailed forms provided in advance, which meant the appointment could focus on meaningful conversation rather than rushing through paperwork. We were given space and time to talk, to ask questions, and to pause whenever needed. At no point did we feel hurried or dismissed. Comfort breaks were offered naturally, and the whole process felt paced around my daughter’s needs rather than a rigid schedule.

Another aspect that has stood out consistently is the responsiveness of the entire team. Every time I have contacted the company, staff have been quick to reply, genuinely helpful, and couldn’t do enough to support us. Making appointments has been straightforward and stress‑free, which is something I don’t take for granted. The same has been true for renewing the monthly prescription; the titration appointments were detailed and careful, and the follow‑up process has been smooth and reassuring.

For the first time in a long time, I feel we are in the hands of people who truly understand neurodivergent individuals: not just clinically, but humanly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr O’Reilly and the AuDHD Psychiatry team to other families seeking a thoughtful, ethical, and neuro-affirming assessment and treatment experience.

Brilliant appointment with Dr Darren O'Reilly, made me feel completely at ease and was very understanding. He was great at listening whilst also keeping the conversation relevant to the clinical process. Overall an incredibly smooth experience from the start, everything was communicated clearly via email up till the appointment date, with an additional courtesy reminder email the day before. I choose Audhdpsychiatry as I recognised traits of both in myself. They have a very useful pre -assesment option to discuss which pathway is best for you. I chose the ADHD pathway mainly due to significant cost difference and also the potential benefit of diagnosis with accessing support.

They are a friendly and knowledgeable team. The reason I have given 4 stars is because I found the assessment quite traumatic and on reflection I feel better preparation in advance would have avoided this. The assesment is a long discussion with the practitioner and they are understandably looking to see if you fit the ADHD criteria. The issue was that they require specific examples of how you are affected (as opposed to just confirming you ARE affected by the common traits). As an anxious person whose memory is poor even when comfortable, and who gets an absolutely BLANK mind when put on the spot, I was unable to think of specifics and therefore was not able to clearly demonstrate the difficulties I face. Luckily Dr O'Reilly could see my distress when told I wasn't fitting the criteria (I was devastated - I felt like I had it all wrong, I felt very confused and scared like I had been imagining everything I experience). He suggested I take a few days to observe myself and we met again.

When able to take time, I could see and document the difficulties and traits I was experiencing - I could then easily present them at our next call. Since then it's amazing how many traits I can see - because I am hyper aware right now to look for them, (I left my work pass at home due to a change of work location and I almost wanted to email Dr O'Reilly to tell him!)

They are fast, supportive and responsive. Just try to take some time and be ready for the assessment with specifics. I'm now hoping to start medication and see if it makes my life even just a little bit easier.

I was apprehensive prior to my assessment, however Dr O'Reilly was person centred, knowledgeable and down to earth. I have never felt so understood.

Once you are a patient, you can easily access information about your care, book appointments etc all via a convenient patient portal. You are guided through the steps. All of which are clear and easy to follow, with phone and email support from the team if required.

The team at AuADHD Psychiatry genuinely care about the support that they deliver having lived experience of their own. Overall, a positive experience, and I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend service for anyone looking for answers around neurodivergence. I worried that my challenges may not be recognised after decades of masking. However, this worry proved to be needless. The team gathered extensive information from me and those who know me well to help support appropriate diagnosis. I would give 10 stars if possible.
