Very fast and prompt, sorry the colours didn't work for me

My order was taken. A week after expected delivery date I called and was told it had been sent out without a label and returned. I was told it would be sent out immediately. Nothing came so I asked in writing. They said there was an error in taking the order and want an extra £190 plus VAT for delivery (which was supposed to be free within UK). I won’t pay, so now I have received nothing and they have £602.89 of my money. May have to go legal to recover.

The purchase was easy, the booking system good. The product excellent, it was also very well packed on a pallet, no damage to boxes at all. The process came apart however in the delivery. stages. It failed to arrive on the appointed day. I called the company later in the day to be told that the third party courier had rearranged the delivery for the following day, Fait accompli , negotiation not offered. Very apologetic, but this company need to realise that an apology is not a resolution. I was fortunate that I could be at home the following day, otherwise I might well have arrived home to a pallet of heavy goods on the pavement or blocking my driveway. Warning of a delay in delivery is evident in TC's. The company state that they accept no responsibility. Take my word for it they really mean it including notifications of delay.

Easy to order and fast delivery od the swatches wanted to look at, good quality products for a wet room flooring.

Ordered 70sqm and one of the packs came damaged in transit. They sent another pack straight out. Very happy with product and service.

We waited in all day for the flooring to be delivered had the fitter in at the weekend. We were told that the driver would give us a call 2 hours before the delivery so we thought was great. But nothing no phone call we called flooring king and they said it was the delivery company but our contact was with flooring king. They called us back saying at 5.30pm it wasn’t coming as they hadn’t heard from the delivery people so a whole day of waiting and a floor fitter that was coming in had to be cancelled. This was a Friday so we called on the Monday as no one got in contact with us to sort out again it was a shambles it finally came at 3pm that day no apology no nothing very disappointed considering we had to re arrange everything. Won’t be using again.
