Me and the wife went into Leeds store and cant fault the service the guys helped us pick the flooring and got us fitted 4 day later.

1. Ordered flooring told it was in stock and advised this would be held in their warehouse until fitter came to collect.
2. Fitter came to collect but not in stock. Told it had been "stolen by ex staff". Advised they could order in from another branch and would be there in a couple of days. The fitter advised this is an excuse the company use when they sell your stock to another customer and this had happened many times in the past.
3. Above promise broken. Fitter went to collect but stock not there again!
4. After much time spent on the phone with area manager was told they would order in for next day. However, this wouldn't leave long enough for it to acclimatise and fitter couldn't collect the next day as had a job on. Told I would have to organise delivery at my expense.
5. Many phone calls later agreed floors 2 go would pay for courier to deliver and they signed a letter confirming if any issues due to not acclimatising they would be responsible for. Was assured it would be fine as engineered wood.
6. Fitted the next day. In my opinion the flooring is poor quality , a lot more rustic looking and feeling than that I bought and am doubtful it will last very long. Considering getting in touch with trading standards as this company is a bunch of cowboys.
7. Overstock - told I could return any left overs with no issues. However getting a refund is like getting blood out of a stone. After a few weeks of waiting I had to threaten to go in their store and refuse to leave before they finally caved in and issued a cash refund.

Having heard mixed reviews about this company we were reluclant to go,how wrong we were the staff were very friendly and helpful not like other companys who were very pushy on trying to make a sale.Nothing was to much trouble,they gave good advice and recommended anything else you might need,and even better took it to the car and helped us in with it.We would certainly shop here again a big thankyou to gene and L Whitehouse.

We measured up our house and gave the measurements to the guys in the shop, they quoted us off this for supply and fitting! When the fitters turned up to do the fitting over 2 days (we were quoted one day fitting), it turned out we were 6sqm short of flooring, the wrong door bars and short on underlay too!
This is where the problems with the rude arrogant unhelpful staff kicked in! After lots of arguments, we ended up having to pay an extra £149 for supply and fitting!
Head office didn't want to know about our complaints and were less helpful than the shop and fitters!
The fitters were rude and intimidating when alone with my Mrs! They left all their rubbish everywhere and we have to do two trips to the local skips to get rid of all the waste and rubbish they left (I reckon they emptied their van into our house!)
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THE SAME PROBLEMS AS US!

be very careful with this company. Constantly in administration, or will let you think they are. The company said will fob you off with excuses and garbage about deliveries and refunds. If you do buy, pay with a credit card and you will have some protection.

BUYERS BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very aggressive sales team. Once the sale is done there is no help or service whatsoever. If you want at all to speak with someone only use the sales line. On all other options no one is picking up the phone. I did not even receive an invoice for the good sold to me. Were not prepared to take back unopened boxes.

Took full payment for a product they knew was discontinued. Supplied cheaper product hoping we wouldn't notice. When we rang to complain we were blatantly lied to. We agreed to keep supplied product on the promise of a partial refund. Tried weekly to get refund, continually fobbed o
ff. 7 months later told there would be no refund as company in administration. Run by rude, clueless, deceitful and dishonest schoolboys.

After being let down by an other flooring store we went into the cambridge branch and the sales person could not have helped enough he managed to get a very close match to the flooring we had chosen from the other store and booked us in for fitting 3 days later.
When the fitter came he was very polite and the flooring looks great.

We paid for some flooring and were told we had 28 days for a refund from the date of collection. We have collected our flooring today from the Cannock store only to be told that the company has been taken over and we can't have a refund on any excess flooring, even though the refund policy is the same as when I brought the flooring. We were talked into buying more flooring than we needed and now we can't take the excess flooring back. I'm absolutely fuming!! On top of that, when we went to collect our flooring which was already paid for, it was in the stockroom with loads of pallets piled on top of it, no care at all for our purchase. Never again!

Unfortunately i received a recommendation to use this company in my local area.
At first everthing was fine they took my order and we arranged a date etc, however a few days later the whole thing went pear shaped; they phoned me to cancel the date and re-arrange another date in the future, they could not tell me when this would be and soon after they told me that the floor tiles i had ordered were no longer available, apparently due to a problem with the suppliers.
I only wish that i had checked the Trustpilot website ratings before making an order.
Thankfully i paid by credit card so the card company managed to get all of my money back, never pay by cash or debit card on a large purchase because unlike a credit card they don't give you the section 75 refund protection.

I went into my local branch (Sheffield) last week. Its the first time I have had to get new flooring as I have just got my own house. The salesman in the store was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. He came out to measure my rooms and told me everything I needed and quoted me while in my house. I paid £3500 for everything including the fitting which was fantastic. He told me the flooring could take up to 10 working days but I had a call in a weeks time to say it was in stock, we then arrange for the fitting date and all went to plan. The 2 lads in the store were very helpful from start to finish and I would highly recommend anyone to go down and purchase from them. I can't believe after reading other comments on here how good the experience was that I had. Just goes to show don't believe everything you read and if the lads at the shop read tgis I just want to say a big thank you and keep doing what you are doing.

This atrocious company let us down three times for delivery. We organised for our joiner to be there on each occasion and then each time had to send him home. We then asked Floors To Go for a refund. We had to go to the shop in Wakefield to fill out a form (delaying tactic). We did so. One week later I called them. They had lost the form (delaying tactic). I asked for management to call me back. Nothing.The staff change everyday at the wakefield branch so you are never speaking to the same person (tactic). The staff are young and are a shield for the people in charge. It is a disgrace that you are never able to contact anyone in authority. I eventually got through to Head Office and spoke to another young lad called Callum. He explained that there was a dedicated Help Line opening at 4pm and that they would call me without fail. 4 o'clock came and no call. Called Callum back - offices closed. Disgraceful. It is as if these kids are trained to deal with people chasing their refund, in deceitful ways. I wonder if they are taught these delaying business practices by their bosses. Floors to Go - Training Manual - Point 1: 'Whatever you do - stall them'. This company has had £1400 of my money for over six weeks. They have still not given me my money back. This company is a complete shambles and the owners should hold their heads in shame for their business practices. They take your money in an instant, do not deliver and then do not give you a refund. I am today contacting Trading Standards. Amy - if you are the manager at Wakefield - it is your responsibility to get our money back.I expect my money is keeping them afloat. Strange how different floor companies, have the same floor in stock that I wanted and can deliver next day. Have you not the money to pay your bills Floors to Go? I want my money back. Companies like this should not even exist. Shame on you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Took the day off work to wait for the laminate. It never came. Staff incredibly useless. They had no idea when the floor would be delivered or what they refund process was. Now trying to get a full refund. Do not buy from this comany.

For me, this was a big deal and an important investment of over £6,000 for solid oak flooring. I was expecting a quality product and a professional service that I could enjoy for 20+ years.

First up, the delivery was a shambles. All the wood was delivered on a single pallet that was too heavy for the lift. The flooring broke the lift at the back of the lorry and dumped all the flooring on the drive. I refused to accept delivery, and then had to wait 4 weeks for a new delivery.
Then came the fitting, which despite the fitters claims of how good he was, was substandard. The flooring does not sit flush with the concrete floor underneath and bounces in places. Since he left gaps have been opening between the planks... up to 5 mm.
Finally, woodworm have emerged from flooring.

my experience with floors2go as put me off dealing with any company where you pay in advanced for a great deal, too good to be true and of course it was. purchased solid wood flooring and fitting, a great deal was given but had to be paid for now, I thought fine. the company who floors2go got the flooring from called and asked where I would like it delivering to? now the advisor said it would need to acclimatise for 48hours at store, so I said delivery to store for acclimatisation, everything seemed to be going to plan. then the day before fitting floors2go called and said they were out of stock, and there would be no replacement and that was that. I had pulled up my old floor in readiness, what a mess, they still have my nearly 3 grand from 2013 and don't seem to want to give it back, pass the buck every time I ring up "Head office/store backwards and forwards". I would advise anyone not to use them.

Went to Stretford in Manchester stores few times, every time had a fantastic customer service. We highly recommend to everyone. Staffs are very helpful. Like to mention one in particular Tony who always goes extra mile to help their customer.

Countless promises for fitment date, let down time and time again. Not enough flooring, no beading etc etc. Should have taken a 10% deposit but took the full amount. Trading standards contacted. Floors To Go Wolverhampton havent a clue about customer service. Refusing to give refund.
