Avoid at all costs, how they are trading on tesco marketplace is ridiculous, tying to get a refund from these scamming people is like trying to get blood from a stone.
Id leave a 0 if I could.
They are only contactable via an email, no working phone number!

Avoid this company if you’re lucky enough to see this review before purchasing. Item still hasn’t arrived. Tesco website says delivered but never arrived. Contact details on Tesco website do not work (email and phone number). Go directly to Tesco and they will help. Waste of time

Why does Amazon (and other companies I notice) allow them to use their selling platform?
Please, please read reviews on Google, Trustpilot and anywhere else you can find reviews for this company. They really should not be allowed to trade, due to the extremely poor and unsafe quality of the majority of the products they sell and their appalling customer service.
Please read reviews before purchasing, I wish I had done so, as I am now also a ‘victim’ of their company. Trouble is if they were shut down, they will only probably re-name their company and carry on selling their awful goods. I am extremely unhappy about my purchase experience with this company, but at least my expenditure on a product of theirs, was not as expensive, as some of the people who have complained, which I am really grateful for. Ordered a desk from Mcc Direct via B&Q marketplace. The process was plagued by missing components, poor communication and carelessness from the seller dragging the issue out for over a month. Due to the poor customer service experience, I requested a partial refund or a full return and refund, specifically asking the seller to supply return packaging.
The seller’s support strategy was to deliberately evade and twist the communication. They ignored the request for packaging, repeatedly sent copy-pasted messages, and then claimed the item was "outside the return period"—completely ignoring that the delay of nearly 3 months was entirely their fault. They later tried to confuse the issue by providing old tracking numbers for incorrect parts sent months ago. The seller decided to dismiss the return request entirely, assuming the issue was resolved. This seller uses exhausting delay tactics, lacks basic precision, and actively avoids resolving customer issues. Proceed with caution.

Received poor quality goods, so I returned as instructed, I had to pay delivery, parcel tracked to their depot, so I waited for refund. Waited. Waited. Contacted Amazon who contacted MCC outlet, and a repayment was made. Not including my return postage of £15.70!. Tried phoning nobody answers, queried on the existing online chat 3 times with no response.
Back to Amazon who have now processed my refund. (Why do Amazon let these rubbish companies use their platform).
However Amazon were good, but MCC Outlet, well being generous I'll say atrocious. Avoid! I have informed all my associates to do so.
Whole process just shy of 6 weeks.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order with them through Debenhams.
Both Debenhams and MCC have awful customer service.
Item has not been delivered, delivery has never been attempted, asked to collect from depot, turn up and it isn’t there. This order was placed 04/05/26…a month later and still no resolution.

Tried to contact them over an order placed through BandQ telephone number just rings never answered tried email nothing again. Wish we had seen reviews 1st would never have ordered. Seems to be that they take money through BandQ and never send goods. A right scam.

Horrendous company. They can’t even box a simple order without lots of parts missing. Even worse customer service as they wouldn’t even acknowledge their error. Avoid at all cost.

Bought garden chairs from them for very good price and surprisingly good quality. Delivered in a few days. So they did very well.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Do not even entertain the idea of associating yourself in any way with this company . I have been trying to return something for weeks. Lack of response and four seemingly bogus collection notifications later and I still have the bulky item taking up room I don't have. Waited in four times with no sign of a DPD delivery van. Just don't even think about bothering to get what might seem like a bargain!

this company is a joke i ordered through debenhams online and received some chairs but the chairs had missing parts do you think i can get hold of anyone to return the items i have waited over 3 weeks just to get an email to say i had to send the original email again as they had lost the email i sent this company is a disgrace and should not be trading i am so annoyed this has been going on so long and still no joy call them selves a limited company they should be closed down customer service is shocking avoid getting stuff delivered by this company

I have to give credit as I was concerned with reviews . But the chairs were beautiful and they were beautiful I ordered the velvet chairs in yellow. Thank you MCC my chairs are here for Christmas very happy 🙏 thank you for getting back to me with delivery information and replying to emails. I ordered through mano mano who were also fantastic .

Please do not purchase anything from MCC DIRECT COMPANY,I returned the items through Sheins own return process and Can't get a refund for the items,They will steal yor money they don't answer messages and the support number they provide is a BOGUS contact number which does not exist so please do not order anything if you have to return anything for a refund you are screwed,Wished i would have checked there ratings via via google first because they are a bad company.

Order a set of four Faux dining chairs. The company sent two dining if the wrong product. Tried ringing their tel number but invalid number and have emailed them twice but no response. My only option is to go to their address - will confirm how I can on. Very disappointed. I would not advise people to use this company.

That one star is me being sarcastic. Nightmare company. Again even after being assured re delivery today 2/10/25 and delivery site claiming an attempt was made whilst I’m home proves this is some sort of scam on behalf of mcc_outlet.

I would give a 0 star if it was possible, absolutely disgusting diabolical (I’d say customer service) but there isn’t ANY customer service !! I’ve been emailing at least 3-4 times a for the past 5 weeks to get a sofa which I bought from Debenhams collected so I can get a refund. They’ve given 5 different dates and no one turns up. There’s no way to speak with them or Debenhams only through email and no one responds, I would never ever buy anything from these companies again !
There’s sofa is still sitting in my home uncollected I’m at my wits end now and don’t know where to turn. My only option now is Citizens advice or trading standards.
STEER CLEAR FROM THESE

Wish I’d looked at Trustpilot before ordering ☹️. Take my advice, go somewhere else.

If only I could give a zero star.
I purchased an MCC Orlando cot from Ali express in June. A damaged cot was sent unfortunately, and I filed for a return/refund which took them so many times to respond. After going back and forth I was offered a partial refund of £23+ to accept the damage cot that was how inconsiderate they were but I wouldn't risk my own child's health for money or whatsoever that won't happen in my life history. Afterwards I returned and paid for the shipping fee as requested that I will be refunded. We've been on the refunding issue for days now they just kept fooling me around after explaining baby was due for delivery soon and I needed to put things in place. Ali express has been trying to protect MCC outlet at the expense of their customers' satisfaction.

Bought a trampoline from them on Amazon. Trampoline broke after 4 months only. No returns or money back.

If it was possible to give Zero stars, this company would get it.
Delivered a cheaper item than the one ordered, would not uplift/ swap simultaneously to ensure I had the correct item. Regularly only responded once in 24 hours and sometimes once in 48hrs.
Ultimately I was issued a refund ( didn't want it, I wanted the correct item) and told to re-order.
Very neat, in the time wasted these items had been increased in price by £15-20!
Never ever deal with them. I am a disabled pensioner and absolutely no thought was given to my welfare: and of course no compensation for my my really stressful experience.
Of course when I intimated I would be charging storage, I had a response within two hours!
Terrible service.
Abysmal communication.
Does not care!
