Great customer service! Really appreciate it!

Davinder has been fantastic from the very start. He was incredibly helpful in arranging samples for us and patiently answered all of our questions. He was never pushy and gave us the time we needed to make our decision.

When we were finally ready to place our order, he made the whole process so easy. He was also incredibly quick to respond, which was a huge help as we were working to a tight timescale.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough !

Sean provided a great service, he was knowledgeable about the flooring we purchased and timely in his responses.

Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different flooring options and was able to help us make the best decision for our budget. He is also very responsive when you have a query and his persistent helped us in deciding to go with Floorstreet. I have no complaints about the customer service we have received

Great and quick customer service! I asked a few questions via whatsapp on availability following a sample being received (London Oak Engineered), which was responded to immediately, more than likely out of hours on a Sunday evening by Sean. After a reassuring chat, an invoice was prepared with payment made the following morning. Flooring due to arrive on Thursday this week. Hassle free ordering with essentially one click payment. Couldn't have been easier and thanks again to Sean.

Steer clear, terrible service from start to finish

We ordered flooring from this company and received confirmation that it would be delivered between 9am and 6pm on Thursday. Based on this, we arranged for someone to fit the flooring from the following Monday.

Thursday came and went with no delivery, yet that evening we received an email stating that our order had been delivered.

I called the following morning to find out what had happened and found the customer service incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was eventually called back and told that the flooring was actually out of stock and wouldn’t be available for another 2-3 weeks. They even said they had no idea how I’d been able to order it through their own website in the first place.

There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation and no helpful alternative offered, so I cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

A week later, having still received nothing, I called again to chase the refund, only to be told that nobody had actually processed it. After more chasing, I finally received my money back another week later.

From taking an order for stock they apparently didn’t have, falsely notifying me that it had been delivered, to then failing to process my refund, the whole experience was appalling.

Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. I certainly wouldn’t use this company again.

Excellent customer service from Sean, who helped throughout the process from checking in to see if our samples arrived to ensuring we got our runner ordered and delivered in time. Highly recommened.

Davinder was really helpful when I called up asking for advice on flooring and colour. We needed flooring asap as the one we ordered from a different company wasn’t right for us, and Davinder made sure to offer advice and help. Great customer service - I’ve been in contact with Sean since ordering some samples a few weeks ago, and he’s been on hand to help with any questions I might have. I placed my order today but needed to make a quick amendment, which Sean was able to help with. Fast response times via Whatsapp and helpful advice meant that any queries I’ve had have been resolved promptly. Looking forward to receiving my order!

Great service so far. Davinder, my assigned point of contact, has been excellent throughout — the samples arrived quickly, communication has been spot‑on, and he answered my follow‑up question right away. Ordering was easy, and now I’m just waiting for the flooring delivery.

Amazing service from Davinder. I’d ordered the wrong type of underlay with a delivery imminently, he managed to sort there and then with no hesitation or issue. Would recommend their service 100%!

Sean was really patient and helpful and made my experience as a returning customer very easy.

I used their 12mm laminate flooring for my living room and entrance. The herringbone looks amazing!

Sean has just helped answer a few questions and put through another order of the same laminate for my bedroom, as well as a stair runner/matching landing carpet

My only gripe is that they've recently introduced a £30 delivery fee when it was free for my first couple orders

Sean was great and helped to make sure measurements were right and that I had all materials needed for the job. He also put me in touch with a fitter. I’m looking forward to seeing the carpets fitted. Would highly recommend.
