high quality craftsmanship and quality control. not to mention, great products, turnaround and customer service. all things I have struggled for years to find consistently with other frame suppliers! They obviously care about and stand behind their product!!! so many other online framers are too big or too busy to care. so glad i found them. I was about to give up on a framing solution for my paintings.

Super safely packed! I purchased 3 frames (very large, medium and small). All were packed in same box and done very thoroughly with extensive packing. Construction is superb! High quality! Will definitely order again from this shop!
