I had the best experience with FlorideLux.ro! I live far away from my mom and I wanted to surprise her with a gift of flowers for her birthday. I chose the first option came up on my internet search and I am so happy I did! Ordering was fast and easy and I was able to use my PayPal account. Communication with the company was top notch: very responsive although in the country of origin of the company it was evening time. The product itself was very nicely packaged and delivered. The added personal touch of the hand written card that went with the flowers made it even more impressive! I am very happy with FlorideLux.ro and I will be using their services again!

I used it to send flowers for my mothers birthday, since I live abroad. they were very quick to contact me, proposed solutions (the exact color of the bouquet was not available so they suggested a replacement) and delivered the bouquet swiftly.

O experienta pozitiva ,foarte practic pentru o surpriză pentru cei dragi aflați la distanta. Recomand cu drag,In doar o ora a ajuns surpriza la destinatar.

I always have excellent experience with this florist. They always accommodate me a very courteous flowers are always beautiful and delivered on time.

I ordered "Cutie rafinata cu lisianthus-Deluxe" and Praline Velvet Elegance. The pralines cost 99 Ron. They delivered the flowers in a box that doesn't look at all like the one in the photos on the website and Merci chocolate that costs 20 Ron.
They did not inform me that they delivered another chocolate. I contacted them after receiving a photo of the delivery, they apologized and refunded 99 Ron.
I wanted to give a nice gift and it turned out to be a disaster. The first and last time I order from them. I'm sorry I can't attach a picture of their delivery.

Nu recomand deloc….am facut ieri dimineata doua comenzi si au ajuns doar una cica au uitat chiar de 8 martie sunt total lipsiti de bun simt si seriozitate si daca nu ii sunam eu azi se faceau ca au uitat nu pot sa cred ca am putut avea incredere in ei plus ca am primit total diferit de ceea ce am comandat si am platit pentru buchet sa fie mai bogat si nu a fost deloc asa foarte urat din partea lor

Am facut o comanda cu 2 buchete de flori, în valoare de 600 RON.

Ce am comandat și ce am primit?! Florile alese erau de culoare roz, iar cele pe care le-am primit erau albe.
Pe lângă toate acestea, când am realizat comada,la unul din buchet,am uitat sa scriu felicitarea,si am rugat pe admin sa-mi scrie un la mulți ani,cu ocazia zilei de 8 Martie,ceea ce a fost imposibil,asa mi s-a comunicat. Nu recomand!La preturile care le au pe site,nici măcar nu dau importanta detaliilor de care au nevoie clienții!
Nu am sa mai cumpăr niciodată de la Floridelux! Luxul e doar scris,nimik cu ce așteptări au clienții.

I have placed an order for my mum’s birthday 10 days before her actual birthday . Put together quite a few things from the website . First time with this company and as they said they deliver all over Romania I chose the delivery to be exactly on my mum’s birthday , on a Saturday . I get an email on the morning of the delivery that the order will get there between 9am and 6pm . Of course it didn’t happen . Flori de lux dispatched towards the delivery company late Friday evening , not enough time for them to travel half of Romania and deliver to my mum on the other side . No one responded within the day , delivery was not done and to be honest what sort of flowers will there be if they are delivered a week after . Do not take the responsibility of delivery across the country if you cannot guarantee the courier or yourself as a company . Also if weekend is not a delivery day then inform the customer so they can choose the day before , better for a present , than the week after . I am still waiting to see if this delivery will be done . I expect my money back otherwise . I will never order again from them , they could have just called me if they knew delivery wasn’t going through or an email at least . Do not recommend to anyone . Unreliable !!! Do not trust this company to deliver anywhere else in the country . Cannot see how this will happen when they have the order with 10 days before and still they cannot do a simple delivery . First and last time use

For me was an awesome experience, due the fact person love it . Everything look great, specially the fact manage to arrange the delivery, same day in the time request.

The service and communication were great with updates with pictures on each step of the order and they delivered in time, high quality flowers and accurate, as described. Definitely recommended!
