REASONS WHY NOT TO GET FLOTHEMES:

-Custom service is SO BAD. Yes, they answer you every 24 hr but they never seem to understand exactly what you are talking about and its an endless dance of sending and receiving emails that don't get you anywhere really.
-Flex Blocks are not good for SEO. So pretty much you have to build all your blog posts on Wordpress without using anything from Flothemes. (whats the point on getting Flothemes if you can't use blocks to design?!!)
-Yoast doesn't read blocks, so you won't be able to use yoast to help you build and design your website and make sure everything its fine.
-Wordpress doesn't run well with Flothemes anymore. Every time Wordpress upgrade their version you might run into problems on your website. I've heard many people that don't have problems, but my website right now for example is white because Flothemes is not compatible with the new version 6.2 of Wordpress.
- They have zero knowledge on SEO, and they dont guide you well on this at all.
- You'll be stuck paying them every single year, since their subscription is yearly.

I had an issue with a page not updating on my website. Flotheme customer service was outstanding they verified everything and found the issue. Even though the issue wasn't directly related to the theme, they did their best to help me very promptly.

Really surprised by the fast and effective response of Flothemes Help Support. I had a problem on my website with a third party plugin and finally it was Flothemes who helped me find and solve it. Also, I would also like to highlight the good predisposition that Victor has given me, he was always very communicative and resolved all my doubts

Flothemes give always great support with my website questions.

I can't give 5 starts because even though the issue was finally resolved by sending emails from March 10-23 back and forth, communication was very slow. I was getting 1 email replay each morning per day and waiting for the next morning to get an answer. It took more than a week to get my issue resolved instead of getting this job done in one or two days. When building a website and things aren't compatible or working the way they are supposed to I believe the support team should try to take care of it asap and not make its clients wait for more than a week. The communication with FB messenger is even worse as they also reply once a day and just send me a link for referrals and tell me that I need to submit a ticket which I already have. The subscription is a bit overpriced for not getting Live Chat or any phone number for support or quicker replays when the pages of your website aren't working because of the app. It is very frustrating. I hope the communication between customers and support gets quicker in the very near future. Thank you!

Flothemes has allowed me to concentrate on my photography and creativity without stressing over web design and maintenance My webpage is easy to manage and update when needed with great support articles to help when needed.
I had a first class experience with support recently where they sorted an issue way above my head with no fuss or work on my end, thanks to the support tech Daniel who did a great job!

Flothemes: We are very happy with this company! The site can be built as we want it; but we can also take ready-made templates! Usage is simple; but of course it requires commitment and perseverance. Our site is medium in size.
The assistance is punctual and always solves my requests. If something cannot be done, they have always suggested alternative ways. We are very satisfied with Flothemes! Furthermore, the possibility of asking for advice in Flo's facebook groups is fantastic. We highly recommend it.

So far I have not had a good experience. I really want to use their products but I am having no luck whatsoever with Customer Service. No answer on the phone. They finally responded on Facebook messenger and vaguely responded "Oh, sad to hear that. I'm afraid that we our hands tied up in this situation". They ignored all of my questions!

I never ever do this but how frustrating is that response!

I'm hoping someone can step up and offer help and good service so that I can change this review but this is currently where I am.
