We've been Flothemes users for a few years and always very happy with both their products and their customer experience. Their themes(not only one main theme) are amazing, beautifully designed and offer so much flexibility! Their customer support is always very quick(even on weekends!) and we always had our problems fixed really fast!

Have been using their services for a couple of yers. As happens with Wordpress themes, with the abundance of third party plug-ins, something is bound to break with an update. Flothemes is always VERY quick to respond and figure out the issue, which is more common than not, a third party plug in and not their fault. I appreciate there amazing customer service.

Excellent support service every time and really quick response times. Nothing is too big or too trivial which is amazing when you are just starting out learning about SEO or using a new theme. 100% recommend Flothemes.

I use Flothemes template for my website for so many years now and I can't imagine to go back to other type of template or service to build my own website. The support team is excellent and so kind helping me fixing a problem that I accidentally created.

Just want to give a shoutout to the Flothemes tech support staff for spending *days* of back and forth while patiently helping me figure out my website's bananas formatting issues. They set me up with a ton of custom CSS and other preventative solutions and now we're looking gravy, baby. Such quick responses. and totally included in my Pronto theme. So killer, and why I use Flothemes not only for myself but for my clients' websites that I design as well.
