I paid for delivery in four hours. Charged extra for that. Delivery did not happen. I called the 888 line the next morning and got an AI agent. Told me that I would be contacted. Delivery did happen that morning, but I was never contacted via phone, text, or email. Over-priced and under delivered. Fool is me for not checking reviews online first.

Did an order on July 11th. It had to be same day delivery. They sent me a confirmation as well as charged my bank. In the middle of the night they sent me an email saying they would change the delivery for 2 days after what I didn't want. They still haven't delivered it .Don't use this company; they are irresponsible.

Do not use these horse's asses. They market as a local florist but they are not. They will give you a delivery date that is almost always not fulfilled. They disguise themselves as a locol florist but they are not. Buyer beware! Double check your order and if you see Flowersin4hours anywhere on your order form cancel it and go to the local florist's website. They are a scam!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flowers In 4 Hours.

I ordered the Deluxe Jardin des Fleurs arrangement for my sister's birthday, based on the product photo shown on the website. While I understand that substitutions may occasionally be necessary, what was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised.

The arrangement was significantly smaller, had very few flowers, and was nowhere near the quality or fullness of the product we paid for. It was honestly embarrassing to send as a birthday gift.

We paid $72.99 for the arrangement (almost $90 after shipping, handling fees, and tip), expecting a premium product, but what arrived looked like a much cheaper arrangement.
Advertising one product and delivering something dramatically different is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty and should receive an arrangement that reasonably matches what they purchased. Unfortunately, this experience did not come close.
This felt misleading and did not reflect the advertised value or quality. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This has been the worst service I have been provided this year so far!!! After my last review two days ago for a missed delivery, these people delivered a dozen roses to my home. I paid for 24 roses in a vase for my 20th anniversary. You people really need to just stop this sham business because MOST of the reviews are Negative and that's an understatement. I have called multiple times today only to be placed in a call line once and not called back twice. Don't waste your time if you want your special person to receive what you are getting them. And to think I paid twice for 12 roses and then tipped.

Absolutely terrible. Spent almost $300 for a funeral wreath. Called four times and they told me it was on the way and they had to confirm delivery. At the end they didnt have availability and the wreath wasnt delivered. Please use a reliable flower delivery, certainly not this one

I would give 0 stars. I ordered bouquet, balloons and card. Delivery date given to me was 7/4/2026. Needless to say it is now 7/6/2026 and still no delivery to my auntie that is not going to be with us much longer. I have been on phone with customer service since Saturday and still no delivery nothing but more lies and empty concern or care. This is the worst place ever and should be put out of business.

I did not kike that I pay for a basket of flowers and my daughter didn't receive the right one .. you pay for something and the deliver something else.. didn't appreciate.

The flowers I ordered for my daughters birthday were nothing like what was advertised

NEVER USE THIS CONPANY!! It is scam!! Big time!! Ordered flower to be delivered for grandma in Oliver BC for her birthday- they were NEVER delivered and still isn’t here 3 weeks after. I’ve complained - and had tons of bad excuses via email and lots of ensuring promises that they would be delivered … but no … of course not. This is totally scam

Horrible!!!!! I wish I had looked at their review. I ordered flowers for my step-mom's birthday at 12 noon. It was scheduled to be delivered. It didn't get delivered until the next day. So pissed! I wish there is a -star, I would have chosen that instead of one star. Please BBB get them out of business.

Customers avoid this company big time. Only last Friday 22ND, I ordered a display that was advertised on flowersin4hrs for my sister an orchid arrangement and I even paid extra to add two white roses, also paid extra for a balloon. The display never arrived on the Friday, i had to email to find out on Saturday were the order was,later that day the delivery driver was seen on the door camera just basically flinging a box on her porch and leaving . What they delivered was rubbish looking flowers no balloon nothing what I paid for. Ive been trying to make contact with them since but nothing now but silence. Disgusting company. 26th June 2026. EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Son totalmente una ESTAFA, hice un pedido para entregar sábado 13 junio, y me mandan un correo el dia de entrega programada y me dicen que lo entregaran 15 junio, hoy me mandan un mail diciendome que cancelan el pedido, porque yo les dije que no estaba de acuerdo en que volvieran a cambiar la fecha y que respondiera el correo de que estaba de acuerdo en que cambarían las flores y que no serian las que yo pedi. Y lo mas facil para ellos fue CANCELAMOS y aparte el reembolso lo hacen hasta 6 dias despues y que sean dias habiles, y si no llega yo debo molestar a mi banco en Mexico para ver que pasa,, cuando ellos recibieron el dinero en tiempo y forma

Do not use this company! I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order. The flowers were never delivered! And it was an important occasion..death of a relative. Customer service is a sham. I now have to contact my credit card company to have the charges refunded. This company is a scam! Beware

Received an order that looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement I had ordered. There wasn't a single flower in the arrangement that was advertised in the order. When I called and provided photos, they offered me a 10% discount and I refused it. I paid over $100 including the delivery fees. The flowers they delivered looked like a $15 grocery store arrangement.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a flower arrangement for USD 83.73 based on the photos and delivery promises shown on the website. Unfortunately, the order was delivered several days late and only after multiple follow-up emails from my side.
The bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the arrangement that was advertised. It was much smaller, contained significantly fewer flowers, and the overall quality was disappointing. The flowers did not appear fresh and certainly did not reflect the product I paid for.
What disappointed me most was the lack of a proper resolution. Despite providing photos and clearly demonstrating the difference between the advertised product and what was delivered, the company failed to offer a fair and reasonable solution.
This was supposed to be a special gift, but the experience caused unnecessary stress and disappointment.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and will not order from them again. I am also in the process of filing a formal complaint regarding the handling of this order and the failure to deliver the product and service that were advertised.
Order delivered late, product did not match the website, customer service was inadequate, and the issue remains unresolved. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Flowers in 4 Hours.

For my birthday on May 18, 2026, my three best friends ordered the "Tender Sentiments" arrangement ($89.99) to be delivered to me in California. Unfortunately, the bouquet I received looked nothing like the arrangement they had purchased. Instead, I received a small bouquet of 17 roses in a vase, and several of the flowers were already damaged upon arrival.

When my friends saw photos of the bouquet, they immediately realized it was not what they had ordered. Considering the price paid, the arrangement received was far below expectations.

What is even more disappointing is the customer service. One of my friends sent three separate emails requesting an explanation and seeking either a refund or some form of resolution. As of June 6, we have received absolutely no response.

Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers for weeks after they raise a legitimate concern is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Flowers in 4 Hours.

I ordered my daughter a bouquet for her health due to surgery. I included a mylar balloon for $8.99. It was not with the flowers. Upon calling and advising I was told it was not on the initial order. I forwarded a copy of my receipt payment which included the 8.99 mylar balloon. I received a call the next day to be argued with that it was not included. I forwarded a copy of the emailed receipt and was told she'll call me back. "Nora" sent me an email saying $8.99 was being credited. I was charged $8.99 for the balloon, $12.99 for shipping, $5.25 for a handling fee and $6.90 for a tip. I advised Nora I did not wish a $8.99 credit for their error but wished the mylar balloon was delivered to my daughter. They were not interested in any customer service. Then, to add insult to injury my initial receipt received stated the total in CDN....and todays receipt sent to me stated charges in USD. This company is a scam....stay far away.

I placed an order on the afternoon of the 28th and paid extra for their advertised same-day, four-hour delivery service. Timing was extremely important because my friend had just lost a loved one, and I wanted her to come home to flowers as a small gesture of comfort.

When I used their messaging app to ask a question, I was told the delivery date was actually scheduled for the 29th. After I provided my confirmation email showing same-day delivery, they corrected the order and assured me it would be delivered that day.

It wasn't.

Throughout the 29th, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the order had been prioritized and delivery was being expedited. By 6:30 PM on the 29th—more than 27 hours after the promised four-hour delivery window—the flowers still had not arrived.

At that point, I demanded a refund. As of writing this review, I have yet to see the refund posted to my credit card and am prepared to dispute the charge if it does not appear promptly.

To make matters worse, the delivery fee was nearly as much as the flowers themselves. Because the original order was never fulfilled, I had no choice but to purchase a second arrangement from a local florist to ensure my friend received flowers when she needed them. As a result, I ended up spending nearly three times what I had originally planned.

This company completely failed to provide the service I paid for, failed to honor its delivery promise, and created additional stress during an already difficult situation. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business and ordering from a reputable local florist instead.
