My girlfriend loved the flowers, which, consequently, made me love the experience with y'all.

The service was way to use and flowers were beautiful and timely!

Ordered flowers for a Wednesday delivery on Tuesday. I got a respectful note on Wednesday that they could not fulfill this on time, and it would have been delayed until Thursday... not a problem. No further communication for them, and the order was never confirmed or delivered, so I could not relay this to my grandmother. She did not know to check, and flowers were left outside for three days in cold temperatures, and they were withered. This was a terrible experience. Never was asked to review... wonder why... Also, the message that I filled out was put on the back of a coupon that was not easily seen. Bad look.

They never delivered the flowers!! POOR customer service! DO NOT ORDER DROM THEM!

They are scammers! DO NOT order from here! Customer service is horrible and they ARE NOT a local florist! It seems as if the are not even in the US!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible company! Ordered flowers for a funeral and asked specifically for the ones pictured on their site and they sent something totally different! They were not the same quality and were half dead. I should have read the reviews before ordering. They have also been reported to Better Business Bureau multiple times. Be careful which sites you order from!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on April 25th for my niece Birthday. this order was placed on April 22nd I woke up and attempted to track my order and it said I had NO ORDER. I placed a call and was notified that the flowers will not be delivered until Tuesday. I asked to speak with a manager I was told that they could offer me 10 back on the card and deliver the flowers on Tuesday,
I will NEVER trust this establishment

I ordered sympathy flowers BLOSSOM on Wednesday 4/22/26 for Thursday next day delivery. I even confirmed the delivery area and they said it was 30 miles, no problem. Received email 4/23 advising of delay, received another email Friday 4/24 will be delayed again. Called Saturday & talked to John 4/25 and was told they will be delivered today and they gave me a whole $10.00 refund. Today at 11:13 was told there would be another delay. Finally I cancelled as advised I wan full refund.
I'm done, they are a joke!

Apparently, they have their own "rating" system which gives them a 4.9 out of 5. I paid $80 for an arrangement which was not delivered but they say it was.

We placed 5 flower delivery orders to the same address for Administrative Professionals Day. Only 2 arrived on time and in acceptable condition. Of the remaining 3: one was never delivered, one arrived two days late, and two arrived with flowers that were essentially dead on delivery.

What made this experience worse was the complete lack of support from customer service — no proactive communication, no solutions offered, and no accountability taken.

These flowers were meant to show appreciation to our Executive Assistants on their special day. Instead, they were left disappointed, and so were we. Five orders to the same address should not be this difficult to fulfill. I would not recommend this company for any occasion where reliability and quality actually matter.

Not only did they deliver my flowers three days late, but they were dead upon arrival. Terrible company who should not be doing business at all.

I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend's husband's funeral service. I was so disappointed! I wanted something more unusual than a standard funeral arrangement. I paid for a tree with an intricate trunk braiding. They sent a Peace Lilly. It was small, and I could have run by the grocery store on the way there and gotten one exactly the same. Then they gave me a $10 refund, like that was going to make up the difference between the 2 plants. Flowers are definitely expensive, and the cost was only part of the reason I am upset. I wanted something more unique and distinctive for him, as he was a very unique individual. I expected better.

I was dissappointed that the flowers weren't delivered the day I requested or even in the morning the next day. Will go another direction the next time. I was given a notice, but then never received when they were going.

A beautiful arrangement was waiting on her desk when she arrived! Thank you for helping with her 70th celebration!

It was easy and smooth ordering and the price was very reasonable

Despite paying for expedited delivery and receiving a verbal confirmation that the flowers would arrive at her workplace by 1:00 PM, the delivery never occurred as scheduled. When I contacted your team via phone and chat, I received conflicting information, ranging from the delivery person being unavailable to claims that the item was hand-delivered, and finally, that the vase was broken. Because of these delays and the lack of clear communication, the birthday surprise for my daughter was ruined. I spent a significant amount on extras and expedited shipping for a service that was not provided.
DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

Ordered a vase of flowers for over $101.00. They sent my dtr a fkn Basket!! Made me send pics of what's she rec'd. Offered me a 20% discount. Then decided they would only give discount on flowers, not total fees. Sent a BS email apologizing for unhappiness. But IF YOU'RE A REAL FLOWER SHOP, why do you NOT have Flower Vases? And... when they first answered the fone. It wasn't answered as Blossom Flowers, it was some other BS company name. I pointed that out, they swiftly corrected it. Too late I knew you were a scam. DON'T PATRONIZE THIS SO CALLED FLOWER establishment!!! EVER, or you'll get ripped off like I was, (don't say I didn't warn you!)
