If I could give Blossom Flower Delivery (The Blossom) of Miami a negative number, I would. In fact, I would give them a negative 5. My mother ordered flowers for my birthday two weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. On the expected delivery date, she had to call multiple times in an attempt to reach someone to make sure the flowers were out for delivery. Around 6pm, someone drops off the flowers without the balloons that were ordered. What was delivered was not what she ordered. In fact, it looked as though the plant was pulled out of a pot and thrown in the basket they were delivered in. She contacted them for a refund. After lots of run around, they offered a 20% refund which makes no sense when we are 100% dissatisfied. I attempted to reach out to them and I keep getting the same ai response. This is a terrible company. I don't understand why they are still in business.

If I could give no stars I would. They said they would be delivered same day and charged me for it and they make you think they are local. Flowers arrived two days late and were in horrible condition! This website is a scam and will not refund your money! STAY AWAY

Dealing with Blossom Flower Delivery has been one of the worst Customer Service experiences I have encountered in a VERY long time. The order was incorrect, the delivery was four days late, and the flowers were DEAD. They are refusing to refund my money - but I've got news for them - THEY WILL or else! Avoid them at all costs! They and their other umbrella name - Sunny Flower Delivery are absolutely HORRIBLE! My attorneys reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General of CA, where they are located. Imagine that, FRAUD in California!?!?!? THEN, they refunded my money! DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY!"

I ordered flowers for my sister, her husband passed. I ordered a beautiful arrangement from the choices offered online from Blossom Flower Delivery. It was over $118. What she received was an ugly vase with just a few half dead flowers! Also NOTHING at all like the flowers I ordered.These people COUNT on you not seeing the flowers that get sent. My sister was shocked and sent me a picture of what she received. I called and emailed them, and was basically told, so sad to bad. They offered me 25% back and a $10 for my next order...not kidding!!! I have contacted a lawyer and he suggested filing a multi plaintiff lawsuit against this terrible company. They are listed as a scam company on sites. The same thing has happened to so many others. I wish I would have seen that. We all want our money back from this scammer. I will pursue it. We all need to let people know about these scammers on social media. Let's make them visible for the creeps they are!

My wife ordered flowers from Blossom Flower Delivery to be delivered to our daughter in San Francisco to celebrate her engagement. The flowers were to arrive on September 7, 2026 (Labor Day), when our daughter would be home from work. On the appointed day, my wife received two emails. The first stated that the flowers had been placed on the truck. The second stated that the flowers had been delivered. Neither statement was true! As the company confirmed that night:

"Due to an unexpected delay in receiving our supplies and the unavailability of our drivers over the long holiday weekend, our ability to fulfill orders promptly has been affected.

"We are pleased to inform you that your order has already been processed and is currently out for delivery today, Sept. 08, 2026."

Screw them.

Ordering on line was easy and delivery was fast considering I needed it delivered in four hours

The flowers were delivered. That's the one positive thing I can say. Very hard to reach them (always a bot), and the delivery was late, even though they assured me that I was marked as "prioritized". I wrote to cancel my order way before the arrangement was even made, and they said they (the bot) would "look into it" at least 5 times. When the flowers did arrive at my girlfriend's, the roses were a different color than what I'd ordered.

Placed an order for same day delivery and 3 days later still haven’t received it. All customer responses are from A.I. I emailed multiple times and I keep hearing the same response of “we’re doing everything we can to get it out today. Would you like me to submit an urgent request to push this for the earliest possible delivery? — Blossom Flower Delivery” Do not order from them unless you’re wanting to wait days and talk to A.I for customer support.

If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for a family member on Sept. 5th, requesting delivery on Sept. 8th. I contacted them again requesting an additional order be added (same delivery address). Flowers did not arrive. I contacted them via email multiple times and each time the bot assured me that they would open an investigation, blah, blah, blah. Flowers finally were delivered minus the additional order. I found out the name of the local florist and said I would be contacting them. The bot asked me not to contact them again, saying they were opening an investigation. I contacted the local florist this morning and spoke with a wonderful woman. She was able to pull up my original order and told me that no additional order was ever placed. She took my order herself and I have every confidence it will be delivered today. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY!!!!!

Yesterday, 9/13, I tried to place an order online with Blossom Flower Delivery, but it said there was an error, so the order was not placed. I ordered from another floral shop. A few minutes later, I got an email saying the order had been placed by Blossom Flower Delivery, so I called and canceled it. Today, 9/14, I saw that they charged my credit card. I called again, stayed on hold for a while, to see what was going on. The woman said the flowers had already been delivered. I told her I called yesterday and canceled the order. She claimed she didn't see that in her system. Worst place ever! Do not buy from them! I would give them zero stars if I could!

I have ordered twice with Blossom Flowers previously, was very impressed.
I ordered the exact same arrangement to be delivered to a friend in Vancouver that lost both her brothers. The arrangement she got was not even close to what I ordered. There were only 3 piddly plants and one had dead leaves. It was also more than twice the cost of what was posted on the website. I am very upset and would like this fixed.

Horrible and false advertising. Says 4-hour delivery but they should say 4 days damn delivery. Then your #2 in the customer live agent queue for an hour until you get disconnected. They made a simple thing as ordering flowers for sympathy a headache. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I purchased the Calming Comfort bouquet on your website yesterday, for my partner's birthday.

Today I am thoroughly disappointed to see the pictures of the flowers received. What you sell as the Premium version is of a rather low standard for a business that advertises itself as "The Best Florist in Bloulder".

I ordered a plant basket for a funeral @ $79.99, which I had upgraded to…my order total with drivers tip was $120.17, however when I saw my flowers at the service.. they were half the size I saw online, plus in a ceramic pot… not what I ordered …. Where’s the honesty in our world anymore.. sad…
