Videos are fine but there is no organization to them and the cost of a monthly subscription is more than 50% of my gym membership which comes with a facility, equipment, cleaning services and free YouTube videos. I’m not seeing what makes this worth the high price tag. I have two stars for the content, that once you find it, is decent.

Easy to follow especially for my first time

I really enjoy the workout. The moves are explained well with continuous reminders to inhale or exhale. I am 70 years old and this goes at a pace I can maintain. It helps my flexibility and mobility. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the login process. I would absolutely give 5 stars if I didn’t have to login every time.

I personally found the routines pretty ordinary and the whole programme highly overpriced ( baring in mind that it's also AI generated ! )

I didn’t realize that this was a subscription. It was very unclear when I signed up. I have emailed twice to ask how to cancel and I have not had a response. I would not recommend this app, and I would like a response to my email about cancelling my subscription.

It wasn’t worth it for what I can just find on YouTube for free. Also sometimes the video links didn’t even work and I would have to reload multiple times.

Exercises looks good, but Polish translation is not matching exercises. For instance sometimes tells "use left hand" but on video right hand is used.

I've was charged for a four-months subscription even if I had only signed up for a one-month subscription...

I enjoyed the first workout. I couldn’t get the volume up very high. It was a little tough to hear.

It is not a smooth process to find the studio once you have paid - you just keep sending me back to payment!!!! How do I access my actual classes/sessions?!!

Exercises were good, platform was user friendly and it was easy to cancel after my year.

Buenas rutinas entre 10 y 20 minutos diarios. Algunos ejercicios un poco difíciles de seguir pero en general te van ayudando a mejorar.

The program is good and easy to use and access.
The plans start from the moment you pay and when only trying for 1 month this is not ideal. It should start from when I first start using it.

Other than that it’s good but expensive.
