I didn't have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to get tech support. In fact I got assistance after I selected "tec support". Then the tech (Jonathan) was super respectful & patient while helping me with my issue.

After leaving numerous messages and emails for service, which to date have not been answered, I reached out to Mike. Mike attended my home in September to upgrade my panel and was very knowledgeable. He kindly helped me out today remotely. This company should know that you have a very valuable employee…unfortunate that your service is not as good as his.

I am very pleased with the technician I talked with. He was so very helpful and polite. My problem was solved. I also want to mention how very patient he was when explaining what was wrong.
