Robot de piscine Polaris Quattro, acheté il y a environ 5 ans.
Depuis 2 ou trois ans, l’appareil ne remplit plus correctement sa fonction : il ne monte plus sur les parois, s’arrête de façon inopinée et se bloque contre les parois de la piscine. En pratique, il ne réalise donc plus du tout le travail pour lequel il a été acquis.
Afin de tenter d’identifier l’origine du dysfonctionnement, j’ai procédé à un démontage de contrôle. J’ai alors constaté que le système de propulsion repose sur des engrenages en plastique, dont l’usure semble aujourd’hui empêcher le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil. Ce choix de conception me paraît très peu adapté à un usage normal et durable d’un robot de piscine.
Dans ces conditions, j'ai contacté le service client sans retour à ce jour.

Bien sûr, l’entreprise ne sollicite pas l’évaluation de ses produits et prestations par ses clients. Pour cause: elle n’est pas en mesure d’assurer un service après-vente. Vous achetez une pompe à chaleur Zodiac pour 7’000.- €. Elle tombe en panne 3 ans après: aucune assistance. Jamais je n’achèterai plus un produit Zodiac ou Fluidra. À bon entendeur, salut !

I spoke to Mary and she went above and beyond to help me with a small problem with my filters, she also followed up the very next day to make sure all was working okay and i was happy with her service.
there should be more employees out there like Mary! thankyou again for your great customer service :)

It's impossible to get hold of this company for service! If you try to wait online for support, the wait time goes up instead of down. If you choose the callback option, it says "you will not lose your place in line". What a joke, they never call back. I've tried the callback option three times in the past week, and I tried holding for half an hour twice, but again, the automated system kept saying the wait time was going up. Unbelievable!

Absolutely the worst customer experience i ever head. Trying to contact them for over a month. This company has no respect for its customers as it is completely unreachable over phone or email. If possible give your business elsewhere.

Un nettoyeur de piscine ZODIAC qui devrait normalement être relié a AQUALINK malheureusement rien ne fonctionne et le service me communique de fausses informations. Mot de passe et puissance WIFI. Si bien que je ne puis profiter pleinement de mon appareil. Vraiment cela est désolant d'abandonner les clients de cette famille.

En cargue un cobertor eléctrico de lamas con cajón, vinieron a medir unos contratados por ellos (Cojardin), y tomar medidas, incluso para poder sacar el filtro del skimmer, me enviaros al camión dos veces la primera no había nadie para descargarlo, la segunda vez tuve que descargarlo yo, con el camionero y otra persona(PENOSO), me montan el cobertor y resulta que viene sin acceso para poder sacar el filtro del skimmer, vuelven a tomar medidas los que lo montaron que son los mimos que tomaron las medidas anteriores, se marchan y me dejan todos los embalajes para que los tire yo(PENOSO), todo esto fue en enero, sin dar ninguna respuesta el comercial Jose Luis Yubero (MUCHAS LARGAS), como ya habían cobrado se olvida y después de pagar un dineral, no dan respuesta, hace una semana por fin se ponen en contacto para realizar el registro del filtro, se les indica que tiene que estar realizado antes de una fecha por realización de otros trabajos, dan fecha el miércoles 06/05/26 para el viernes 08/05/26, se confirma la fecha pero se tiene que anular comunicándoselo 1h después de la confirmación y se les dice que tendría que ser lunes, Martes o Miércoles de la siguiente semana, me dicen (Cojardin) que de acuerdo sigo esperando respuesta............ En resumen, NO SON FIABLES Y MENOS SI PAGAS

Me llegó un producto sin una de las piezas. Llevo 1 mes reclamando y aun no me han dado respuesta.

Tengo un Zodiac E31 limpiador de fondos de piscina que ha durado 2 años y medio… un desastre el apartado , y un desastre el servicio técnico de la marca en España , que es FLUIDRA SAT AIRVENTO SL, nada recomendable , ni el trato ni la profesionalidad. Insistiendo para que contesten , y la respuesta un presupuesto mucho más alto que el propio aparato… eso sí número de cuenta y transferencia de 70€ .
No compraré jamás nada de esta marca, mala y servicio nefasto. ZODIAC

I have bought two items branded Fluidra: a Zodiac e30iq pump, and an Astralpool nanofilter 200.
The pump had connection issues; after one day spent with the technician, I had to replace my wireless access point (which had no problem with any other device), and then it worked. In general I find the limitation to only 3 speeds as quite artificial, and although I can’t measure it exactly I am not impressed by its power , judging by the very long time it takes to prime from a small level difference.
But the Astralpool Nanofilter is the biggest disappointment: even with a cyclonic prefilter, and a covered pool, it clogs very quickly (in matter of days, sometimes hours) and then can bring down the flow from 14 to 4 m3/h or less (with the same pump power). Backwashing takes long time (and water) and is quite ineffective (it never restores it to the original capacity), and a few days ago while turning it the fiber got caught inside blocking it so that the handle broke. I have since tried to contact the assistance (only a form on their website) for a solution but they haven’t yet come back or even acknowledged the request! Not to mention that, despite the indications on the website, it came without the multiport selector, which then I had to buy separately. And that as soon as installed it was leaking, and after thorough inspection it came out that one of the 12 bolts holding the parts together was missing! How can I recommend this brand?

Esperienza, modificata, dopo avere contattato a più riprese la società in Spagna e non avendo ricevuto risposte da 2 mesi, sono riuscito a trovare filiale qui in Svizzera, a Bedano…. Tutt’altra storia, debbo dire veramente gentili e immediata risposta per la ripresa del mio robot zodiac piscine, per sostituzione batteria… ottima esperienza presso loro direttamente… purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso per la casa madre in Spagna…
