Lack of communication from the moment…
Lack of communication from the moment my personal effects left my home address. Massive delay in my effects reaching me it will have taken 8 weeks by the time they arrive, was told its a problem with import and exports from folkstone even though it took my counterparts personal effects 3 weeks to get back from Cyprus.

Thank you for your review. Firstly let us apologise that we were unable to collect your boxes after your removals. All customer are provided with a window for your used boxes to be collected. However, when you contacted us your window had already passed. We always try to organise for a collection of boxes. however, during the months of your removals, we were at full operational capacity, therefore making any opportunity to collect your boxes extremely difficult after your window. The reason we provide a window of opportunity is that logistics are able to organise a box collection with other deliveries and collections within your area. Additionally, cartoon boxes deteriorate very quickly when not stored correctly and increases the chances of being unrecyclable. We have since developed this process as a promise to minimise our carbon footprint. We would like to wish you all the best in your new property and our sincere apologies. Overall the service was excellent
Overall the service was excellent, after a small glitch we managed to receive our storage and removals from Cyprus on the same day and the removal guys were fantastic.

Housing contents moved from UK to Cyprus
Was some damages during transit however i can put down to packaged not properly. I would give a 5* review however the delivery men when dropping off my housing contents could of been more helpful by lifting the heavier items to the desired room that it was needed when asked as when the delivery men are gone certain heavy items are hard to lift with my wife due to her strength. It would be more helpful if they carried the heavy items up the stairs where they belonged.

Moved from Yorkshire to Grantham at extremely short notice. The team were brilliant. Got us booked in, turned up on the day and helped to clear everything out...with a smile and a joke or two :)
Then met us at the other end the following day and were just stellar.

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish. Moved from the UK to Cyprus in 2005,using a 40 foot container....not one item got broken....all due to the excellent way in which every item was handled, wrapped and packed. Couldn't fault them and would recommend them as one of the best. 10 out of 10.
