I have been trying to contact focus for several days. Engineer named Illias was amazing. I had been waiting 3 weeks for repair and had 2 other engineers visit and they couldn’t fix my machine. God sent Ilias. Very knowledgable, very polite and respectful and fixed my wash machine in no time, I will be requesting him every time I get an issue with any of my appliances. He told me that he just joined the company and he really set the standard for engineers. Promote him or someone else will !!

The team were very responsive throughout, and left no stone unturned in a willingness to accommodate me on a tricky job! Would highly recommend.

The oven was delivered on 26th Sept, but not wired in until 11th Oct.
At least the electricians who arrived today were able to do their job.

This company is amazing, the products customer service and the technicians that come and give a quote and to the technician NICk, he was so professional, skilled, personable, if anyone reads this review. Don't hesitate don't look anywhere else, this is the place to get your flooring from. AMAZING.

Update: 2 days later than originally planned Kojo and his colleague delivered an amazing 8kg washing machine. Once Kojo made contact he kept in constant contact amd ensured that I was updated with every step. The long wait for the machine was worth it considering the wonderful machine I received. They were in and out within minutes. Thank you Kojo.

Focus brought the wrong size curtains and so cut them to the correct length using a pair of scissors. The carpet we ordered was 'stuck in a lorry on a motorway' so we were forced to have a different colour - that didn't match the rest of the flat - because it was the only one available. Also these delays held up the removals van, sending our removals bill soaring. We've waited since November for a response to these complaints from this shoddy company. Not good at all considering their clients are largely vulnerable individuals moving into social housing. Use them at your peril but remember not to pay up front in full as we did.

Very happy! I placed an order for a double bed frame, and what I thought was a double bed mattress, thankfully, 5 minutes later he called to ask if the mattress I ordered was the right one! It turns out I ordered a single-bed mattress!

He absolutely saved the day! He was kind enough to look for an alternative with a similar price and sort that out for me.

I called up this company regarding my stairs that needed to be carpeted,from the moment I got on the phone a gentleman named Kieran dealt with my query, my job wasn't coming up straight away so rather than just leaving it he put me on hold and investigated to find out what was going on. He came back to me having sorted it out and booked in my time slot. This man's communication throughout the process was outstanding. Nowadays people do the bare minimum but this gentleman did not he is most definitely a credit to the company. The carpet fitters that was sent to do the work name was Steve who came with 2 other men whose names I only wish I had asked! At the time they did the stairs I had 8 children in my house from age 8 to 2yrs old, these men worked so well they were polite and understanding and worked efficiently as a team and on top of that we're so quick and the job looked amazing. This was definitely quality workmanship. So a big thumbs up for this company and its employees. Thank for a great job and experience its truly appreciated.

The gentleman, Came to my property on Friday to do some repairs to my front room and my daughters bedroom flooring, he done a great job
It now looks better than it did originally, and he had a wonderful bright personality.

He identified the problem with my washing machine within 3 minutes and, having fixed it, he gave me advice on how to get the best use out of the machine in future. What can I say extremely satisfied with the service I received from Focus Furnishing. Lovely group of men, not only were they polite but extremely professional. Came to do my kitchen flooring and I was certainly not disappointed- exceptional job! Will definitely be using their services again!

Really great customer service from David. We had a few issues replacing a fridge draw but he continued to keep us up to date & eventually resolve the issue.
